7.10.23: Want to thank this young man for correcting my drink order. May I have a frozen cherry and coke mixed. It was"special" on the drive-thru order board. Got to the pickup window, it was just cherry. He remade my drink. Thank you for going beyond and doing it with a smile. I hope McD appreciates you. --------‐ It's hot outside! Ice tea, frozen or soda. McD is the best for dinnertime, cold to drink
It's a typical McDonald's, it's like any other McDonald's. Service and food was good, although I was slightly disappointed that they ran out of the new dipping sauces.Food: 4/5
This place can be hit or miss. I was just there a couple days ago and it was a hit. Drive-through was especially quick food came out hot and fresh. A good experience and recommended for this last visit I had. Parking: Parking can be a bit problematic. Also, there is a heavy homeless population here that can make a difficult so make sure you lock your car.
The cashier was hostile af no matter how neutral I tried to be. Eye rolling, cutting me off, etc. I honestly thought I was in a 90's movie. For context, I'm a dasher: so, you can imagine I was polite as my ratings are based on order completion. Further, I hate when people ask obvious question too. But given the pickups don't have names on them, I don't think my question about the customer's order was "superfluous" at all. I also wasn't rushing her: she could've politely said it's not ready, whatever. Instead she was barking at me to look "over there"--at the pickup shelf. In short, I can't wait to leave mammy city.
Placed my own order on a tablet. My meal came out in three parts instead of all at once. They forgot the drinks and went back then they forgot the sauces and ketchup and went back. The nuggets weren't even up to the low standards of McDonald's. The fries were standard to McDonalds although it seemed it was the bottom of the basket as it was about half bits and pieces.
Nothing extraordinary stands out at this Mcdonalds. Much like the majority of them. But the one thing most of them have in common is that they're back 'on the map' and steadily gaining popularity! I had breakfast at McDonald's more than ANYWHERE this past year.. and McFrappés course thru my very veins more often than notFood: 4/5
I RARELY do reviews but i really didn't like hostility and disrespectful from the worker or manager here and he's lucky that i didn't get his name too. He had no reason to be rude to me when I just came to pick up my food and my condiments. Working at Mcdonalds or any fast food chain does not mean you can be disrespectful/rude to your customers. You don't talk to people how you want too. It's clear that some people didn't get taught proper home training, especially for a grown man? a damn shame. If I was his mother, I would be ashamed and embarrassed.. Learn how to treat people with respect!
They were supposed to deliver the food to our table but they just called out the number instead. They forgot one of the sauces I ordered, maybe they were out or something but they should have said something anyway. Place was relatively clean. The software was glitchy and unreliable as always as well but that’s not this locations faul
I went to the McDonald's on Cheshire Bridge Rd. I ordered an $8.88 deluxe big breakfast. After eating half of my hasbrown I found a COCKROACH in it. When I took it to the counter and showed the employee she asked if I'd like another one to replace it. I was so shocked it took me a moment to utter, "No thank you." Then the employee doubled downed and asked, "Would you like something else to replace it?". I understand she just happened to be the one who walked by the counter at that moment. My mind was still in such shock and disbelief. I could only say, " I don't want anything else from this place." Trying to fight back openly puking in public, I left as quickly as I could. Ran into the parking lot. But, the thought of having possibly eaten other COCKROACHES overwhelmed me. I found a semi-discreet place and puked. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again. I have been fighting the urge to puke in order to type this review / warning. Just the thought of anything to do with it COCKROACHES in my food makes me sick. I'm in disbelief. It's like you tell yourself it was just a bad dream because the reality is to difficult to accept.
The worst service and food quality I have ever received from any McDonald’s. They’re extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. I had a mobile order for drive thru which was confirmed by name and code in the drive thru. I get to the first window no one is there to service me. Neither is anyone at the second window. After waiting for 10 minutes I finally walk inside. One of the cooks walked in and carried his daughter behind the counter with him and did not sanitize his hands before getting on the line. Roderick who was at the front counter spoke to the employee first before acknowledging any customer orders and when I told and showed him my order number he claimed to not see it on their board. Also, never came back to let me know if he was done looking for it or not just left me waiting without communication. When I saw him making other orders he began to arrogantly ignore me claiming I got smart with him when clearly he was incompetent and incapable of doing his job if he thought giving him my name and correcting him on the pronunciation was smart. After finally receiving help from one of the female employees who called out my order and a line began to form from customers who ordered in the drive thru and had to come in inside to revive their services, the food was half way cooked, fries and double cheese burger specifically. Only thing cooked was the nuggets…
