Needed a quick bite to eat so I stopped here; worst decision ever. I ordered using the app but somehow my order was cancelled so I had to pay at the window. The trainee was very sweet and had to call her manager because she didn't know what happened to my order & neither did I. The male manager was very rude and nasty. I was trying to ensure I didn't get charged twice for my order because it was cleared in the app but he was demanding payment. Then, I had to go in because my free iced coffee was removed since my mobile order was cancelled. The employees were using the hand washing sink to prepare orders. A kid's happy meal fell into the sink, the fries got wet, and they just placed it all back into the happy meal. Everything that was being served was contaminated. TERRIBLE! This entire store needs retraining about FOOD SAFETY! ZERO STARS!

This is the worse McDonald’s. Yesterday I was waiting at curbside pick up for an hour for my Order after someone came out and spoken with me. Then I come in today for just an ice coffee and have to wait 45 mins for a coffee. This is ridiculous. They need better customer service as well. I understand pressure that you’re under when you’re low on staff but the attitude shouldn’t be taken out on the customer me when I was very patient and respectful.

This location has so much potential. The lack of Quality management and customer service is the biggest issue. Fast food isn't that hard. But it takes the right team with the right goals to accomplish that. We must Do Better in our community.Food: 3/5

Line was super long but it moved pretty quickly. Initially was missing an order of fries and was given the wrong sauce and when I asked for the missing fries and correct sauce the employee huffed and seemed annoyed that they forgot part of our order. Maybe they were having a bad day but I felt bad even having to say anything as I hate confrontation of any kind. The food was on the luke warm side but was edible. I do hope that employee had a better night after they got off work.

It takes entirely too long to place your order and receive it. Hire more staff and please fix the technology. It works fine at any other location. This is the only location that takes an entire hour to get my food and leave. Utterly atrocious McDonald's!

I'm standing in line right now and it's maybe 7 employees and it's 5 customers waiting at the register waiting 2 be served! We are told that there is no one to take orders at the front counter! We have to order at the kiosk! I have a mobile order that have to be pulled up at a register! These employees are sorry on 2nd and 3rd shift! It makes no sense how this McDonald's always operates! I'm going 2 Stewart ave from now on! They service way better! Smmfh!

I ordered the cheeseburger meal with the 2 cheeseburgers, nuggets and fries and cookies  as I was hosting some of my daughters friends. First delivery I got one fry one burger, called DoorDash they resent it send order came they sent a large fry, cookies, and a cheeseburger with onions after I specified no onions due to allergies. Not a nugget in sight. I call McDonald’s and I get attitude from the manager or whatever he was making excuses about his workers not knowing what was on the menu and how to send it the proper way. Now I did get my money back but I now have unhappy children who wanted nuggets and still have an inedible burger due to onion allergies. How can they not read the menu and see what’s in the order. This is my last time eating at McDonalds. It was a treat anyway. I will pay better money for better treats next time.

Avoid this location at all cost. Worst place, please don't go there in morning unless you have 30 mins extra to waste in drive thru. I ordered just two coffees in drive thru around 8 am and was told to pull forward as coffee is brewing. I waited for 20 minute before same lady that told me coffee is brewing came and asked what was my order. I said regular sized coffee and she with an angry face asked me quote "what's a regular small, medium or large, be more specific". At that point i realized no point asking her for cream etc . She left and after 5 mins another lady came and ask about my order and said quote "Did i order food?", i told her only coffee and she repeats again. After that 5 more minutes first lady came back and hand me the coffee and told me it was sitting there. I left without saying anything after that

Drive thru is the worst.  How does a 24 hour drive thru close before 1100pm the persons taking your order are always very rude. Please by no means order anything on ubereats etc.. your order will be cold and a atleast an hour past estimated time.Food: 3/5

Check your order received. Four items were missing from our order. For two people. Sprite tastes toxic. Dr. Pepper is warm. Tables filthy, bathrooms barricaded.
