Stopped at this McDonald’s today for lunch and the drive thru was long so I decided to park and go in. Went inside and the cashier was friendly I ordered a lot but I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes my order came right up. The manager on duty wore a shirt that said Garland I’m not sure if that’s his name but he was very supportive of his team he told them GOOD Job several times in my short time there. Everybody seemed happy with doing their job. I really like this kind of customer service especially when the manager is being a team player and not just micro managing. By the time I came out the line had disappeared. They are usually pretty quick at this location which is why I exited off Moreland to go to this one instead of the one by my house …
Sat at the drive thru for 45 min. Finally the sweet lady with the blu hair said they were closed for breakfast but had no idea what time they would open back up. Meanwhile they had a fella in there scratching his hair and head over the food bar. Terrible service. Terrible attitude.
Every now and then I get a taste for McDonald's and l just love the McDonald's fish sandwich, l really could eat about four of them for lunch, but I settled for two double cheeseburgers and hit the spot right on time we American's do love McDonald's, just stop by and help yourself to a day at McDonald's your friend curtis Hill black silver blues hymnal of the spirit hum of the soul Amen
About half the time, the staff outright just doesn’t care. I just left this place at 845pm and waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes after someone said “hold on we’ll be right with you”. This place needs new strong management and probably need to pay their people better to lower turnover. They’re probably missing out on mass profits.
this is outrageous. They gave me a carton with no fries n they didn’t salt my friends fries. They were also so rude at the drive thru and didn’t pay any mind to our order. They also charged us for a meal that we never got. Id honestly recommend someone to eat at home or starve to DEATH. ID NEVER GO BACK AND WILL FOREVER DESPISE THIS ATLANTAS MCDONALDS. THIS IS NOT A DRILL
Exactly what you would expect. Just another mid-grade McDonald's in Atlanta. Food wad good. Service was good.... enough. Atmosphere started just ok and ended annoying ft. bad vibes. That's when I noticed that they were due for an intense deep cleaning. Average.Food: 5/5
Stopped by this morning to get breakfast. Everything thing was good until i asked the girl at the window for sugar and butter. You would have though I asked her for a kidney. She closed the window in my face and just smiled. No one told you to work at McDonald’s, if you can’t deal with HELPING customers you should go work from home.
OMG! If you’re thinking about coming here DON’T DO IT! When we arrived and placed our order on the kiosk there was a young man yelling, “Just give me my food!” and a completely awful employee was yelling back at him! Twenty two minutes later I approached the counter joining 3 other very frustrated people who had not received their food. The afore mentioned employee said she didn’t have my order and asked for my receipt. I waited 10 more minutes to be told there are no milkshakes. All of us were trying to get other employees to help us. We were ignored! I counted 7 employees behind the counter. There were more on the line. The lack of friendliness, respect, professionalism, and just basic decency was truly stunning. AND, as it turns out, the manager was actually there! The most frustrating experience I’ve had in quite some time!
They always make you pull to the side to wait for your order to be brought out to your car, and it can take longer than 30 min for them to bring it to you. Don't go through the drive thru here even if the line is short. Maybe the service is better inside -- I've never tried it
Late nights I try to avoid, but sometimes I cannot resist! To those individuals at the back of the line almost out in the street, who are yall honking at from way back there? I mean really? You think that's going to make things go faster as if someone can hear you inside the restaurant? If anything, it will just slow them down and possibly be out of this, that and the other! Seriously, I'm at the order box and hearing people honk trips me out and I bust out laughing. Here's the thing, you saw what the line looked like before you pulled in or shortly after pulling in and you're the one that decided to get in that line, shut up, be patient and deal with it. All that yelling and honking ain't going to change the pace! You can just as easily get out of that line and take yourself around the building and back to the exit and leave! Just saying, you made that decision, if you don't like it, leave. Nobody wants to hear that nonsense!
