This is pretty standard at this location. Very long wait times no matter what queue in line you are. I come here when I am desperate. I always order 2 meals so that 1 might be decent by the time I get to the hotel. Tonight I went without eating because both meals were not consumable. *shrugs* That is the price you sometimes pay for coming to this location. What would be the point complaining to staff when they usually don’t care. I wonder why they even show up. It is not a one off staff either, it has been this way for at least the four years I have had to come to this area. At this point, it is the owner and McDonald’s at fault. Can’t really blame the workers, it is the store culture.
The food was stale. The chicken sandwich tasted like dried up rubber. I think it was out for hours because it was cold. I was also missing some of my order. The machine I ordered on didn't print a receipt either. Also the dessert I ordered was stale because it had a sticker on it that said to enjoy by 1:56 pm and I picked up my food at 7pm. I guess they want to give food poisoning to the customers. This location is okay for breakfast maybe. I am disappointed because I always go here.
I’m usually overly OVERLY patient with this McDonald’s. About half the time my order comes out wrong. And I have lost my patience today. I just had my order brought out to me at about 2:00pm/2:10pm on December 26th, 2022 in curbside spot number 6. For once my drinks were brought out in an actual cup holder but that was a curse in disguise. The guy who I’ve had basically had drop my bag of food into my window multiple times instead of waiting a second for me to grab it from him, he really took the cake today. He went and as I was trying to grab the cup holder from him he kept lifting it up till one of the drinks lids was then popped open and spilled all over me I was drenched in soda. I ask him nicely to please try and not lift the cup holder up like that while I try to grab it from him so that wouldn’t happen again in the future he ignored what I said and said here you go handing me my food. The lack of acknowledgment let alone accountability and an apology has really upset me. Parking: They put two curbside spots in the same spot.
Decent McDonald's with parking. All transactions were required to through the touch screen, which I am not a fan of. Other than that, it was a fine experience.Food: 4/5
Very slow service. Even with many workers. First waiting on drive thru line for 15 minutes and decided to park and go into the restaurant and waited almost another 15-20 minutes on line to pay for order after ordering from the kiosk machine. Maybe it was they bad day. It was my first time going there.
First, the location of this McD’s is ideal. For the tens or hundreds of thousands of drivers who commute eastward from Manhattan to Queens & beyond, crossing Queens and/or Long Island is likeliest easiest via the L.I.E. As soon as you’ve crossed into Queens, you’ll either be on the LIE or near it depending on which bridge or tunnel you took. Regardless, set your GPS to this McD’s right away. It’s right off the LIE, and getting back on is very quick & easy. The drive through service has always been among the fastest I’ve dealt with in Queens. And if you use the app, you’ll see that the prices there are somehow always $.25 - $.75 cheaper. Friendly staff. Never makes mistakes on even the most complex orders. When handing me my food, they’ve always obliged my last minute annoying request for a large cup of iced water - for FREE. But, this has been my experience in drive thru ONLY. I can’t speak to how in-store customer service is like.
The kiosk wouldn't scan my code. After a 1/2 hour of standing at the counter with the workers looking at me, I asked if I could order. The girl yells for someone else and after about ten more minutes another lady comes out and tells me I have to use the kiosk. I told her it was broken and not working. She told me she was too busy to take my order with an attitude. Everything I go to this location I say it is the last. I live right neer there. Maybe next year I'll forget how bad it is
This might be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to got there at 1055 wait 5 minutes for lunch to begin and got cold nuggest and stale bun that was like a hockey puck absolutely terrible and its not the first time its happened there. Its just near my job, and the manager was yelling at the crew the whole time i was there lazy workers who just dont care go somewhere else
Have been to this location plenty of times since I grew up in the area. The staff has always been friendly but the food is hit or miss. The drive thru for the most part always takes long. Late night drive thru takes even longer.Food: 3/5
You guys are INCREDIBLE... You sold a Quarter Pounder with out buns. Only 1 slice of cheese. After asking to make sure and to double check the order they just yes yes yes so I would go away. I ask them nicely, it was not a situation in which there would be an altercation with employees. I bet they would remembered me at all. Its just aggravating that after working 13hrs you try to get home and eat in peace and this stupid thing happen to add to an already a long day. Thanks for nothing...
