McDonald's

I don’t know why but every time I go there they always dump the fries in the bag on top of the other food. Like first time was whatever, after the third time I feel like it’s common practice I guess. Dude even looked at it and paused before handing it to me today. I didn’t wanna fight him in case they would’ve messed with it.Food: 3/5

Went through the drive through at 11:45ish on 2/18 and they were efficient, speedy and on the whole polite. For the kid taking the money, he could use with saying thank you to folks. But that may not have been his instructions- he literally gave me the total and handed me my card back and thwart was it. The next guy was friendly, said thank you and have a nice day. My kid wanted a happy meal- snack- while we were out and he said the meal was fresh out of the fryer, the fries at their McDonald's best and the nuggets outstanding. It's McDonald's at its best when you can get in and out with the freshest meal!!

Look, I’m really not trying to be mean with this, but it’s getting old. The sheer consistency in which things in my order are getting forgotten at this location is astounding. I’ve been to this Mcdonald’s 4 times in the past week, and three of those times a main item in my order is missing. You could say that’s on me for not checking the bag, but I really don’t think I should have to do that because it’s not my job to ensure that everything I ordered and paid for is included. I get it, mistakes happen, but the frequency that it happens to me at this location says to me that it’s just honestly negligence. I’ve worked in the food service industry myself for 11 years, and if I made mistakes/forgot things with this level of frequency I would’ve lost my job already. It’s not even like it was busy. I was literally the only car in the drive thru. How much does someone have to not be paying attention when there’s one order on the drive thru screen with 3 items, and something is still forgotten out of the bag? Don’t you just love it when a multi-billion dollar company gets your money for free?

The first thing we did when we got here was run to the bathroom. The womens bathroom was disgusting . There were 3 stalls. One with a baby changing station in it. The walls looked grimy and the toilets looked like even if they were cleaned they'd still look gross. I drove quite a bit out of my way to try a new indoor playground with the kids. My 5 y/o rated the indoor playground here a 5 outta 5. My 8 y/o rated this place a 5. She said she liked how much room the playground had. Also she enjoyed the spin wheels, and bounce poles. Also the playscape has 3 levels to it with a slide coming down from the third level to the second level. As a parent I'm honestly not very impressed with the cleanliness. There are 5 family tables and 4, 2 person tables in the playscape area, so it was pretty roomy. The playscape area is closed off from the main lobby which I appreciate cuz I know the kids can get loud at times. ALSO there is a bathroom in the kids area as well. They hv 2 touch screen games at tables in the main lobby, not the children's area. The food was fresh and the staff quickly took our order. But when I sent my oldest to the main lobby to ask for some ketchup for us, the cashier, according to my daughter, was not very nice. We went on a Sunday evening and the place wasn't very busy. I'm rating a 3 cuz I probably won't drive out of my way again to bring the kids back. Kid-friendliness: Closed off or separate room for the playground area.

The ole two burger double bottom bun and no bottom bun on the other . Nothing like biting into meat first .Food: 2/5

Relative to other McDonald’s this location offers superior service. I would consider it the best one in the Westerville/polaris areaFood: 5/5

I love my bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It the only thing I get there, but they make the best one aroundFood: 5/5

Regularly close their doors with no explanation. As of recently they only offer service to the drive-through if at all. Mobile orders are not fulfilled nor refunded.

For McDonald's, it was 5 star. Service was great, even though you could tell there was not a lot of staff; the gentleman that took our drive-thru order was patient with me making changes to my order. Everything was correct, and fries were fresh.Food: 5/5

Clean restrooms and seating area. Staff was friendly. Got food quickly! Needed to do some school work while there, and the quiet atmosphere was helpful.Food: 5/5
