Ugh 6 cars in front of me in the single drive thru… Impressive that in 7 minutes we got our food. Even with a Special order, food was hot, delicious and hit the spot.
I went through the drive-thru. Even though it was using 1 of its 2 lanes, the service was quick and efficient. They workers were pleasant enough, not rushing me nor speaking short. Good service all around.Food: 4/5
12/9/2022 This morning crew is amazing. This is the only McDs I get morning coffee from. Their smiles help my morning. They have wondeful customer service. I really hope their supervisor sees this and they get a raise. Please share my appreciation and gratitude for such wonderful service. LARGE COFFEE 3 CREAMS 2 SUGAR LADY
They drive thru window person on night shift is one of the BEST costumer service representatives I've ever met they always have a bright smile on their face and a greater personalityFood: 4/5
Just left the drive thru I specifically asked for a number 7 without cheese,it was repeated back to me and I still received cheese on the burgers. I've tried calling several times and no answer. This was a waste of money. Didn't have time to come back but will come back tomorrow 2/12/23 Since I'm not getting an answer.
Always a very clean establishment. Everyone tiptop and nice. I have 1 tiny complaint? A sandwich that cost 4.50 by itself, may we get a whole slice of cheese? Or is that how they come? Sandwich was always excellent. Today, food quality was average.
they will literally have your order sit if you are picking up for doordash. this did not occur once this happened many times. i would walk in and tell someone i am here to pick up a doordash order. they will tell you it is coming soon but then will just tend to other orders and have you wait there for 15-20 minutes. the cashiers that work here mostly cannot communicate properly.
Food was mediocre, it was barely warm. Way to much big Mac sauce, literally made it soggy. The where open and we where grateful to eat being as we where in OKC on an emergency visit and it was midnight. Drinks where good and cold and employees where kind of friendly.
Food is always cold. I had a small simple order and simply asked for my food fresh. It was cold my burger was overloaded with mayo and most discusting thing was finding a fingernail in my burger. I will never be going back there again
Awful drive thru experience, very rude customer service, decided to not get any food because 4 cars passed us and still couldn’t get our order right. Always have a bad experience at this McDonald’s, never going to this one again.
