McDonald's

This is a McDonald’s just like any other McDonald’s. Just beware of this crazy hidden curb in the drive through line. Numerous people have hit this and I am one of them.

Food was cold. I don't know if it's the fast food industry but the burgers are getting smaller and smaller.. the meat's are all precooked and microwaved.. chicken nuggets were cold and hard.....if you order a double meat fish sandwich the fish Patty is cut in half and cold.. cheese was not melted.. I would not recommend McDonald's to anyone.. their food is horrible... I'm from Texas visiting in Oklahoma and it's the same here..if you feed your kids check it out before leaving. DON'T DO IT

If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. My wife has been in OU hospital for 2 weeks and I’ve been through the drive through about half a dozen times. This place can’t get a simple order correct. Sweet tea instead of unsweetened, no dipping sauce for nugget, wrong type of hamburger… find another McDonald’s because simple tasks are beyond their ability.

Very unprofessional staff that turned off the internet switch twice during my visit. I don't always order food as soon as I enter the restaurant. Sometimes I sit then order when hungry. Staff doesn't want anyone in their restaurant unless you're a paying customer. On 1/28/23, I sat at the dining table charging my phone. An employee turned off the internet switch on the wall w/out notice. I kindly requested it to be turned back on. An employee turned if off again shortly after. Since staff is hardly at the front register, I turned the switch back on. An employee turned if off AGAIN. I asked AGAIN nicely to have it turned on and was told, "My manager said to turn it off". I already ordered food by this point and was a PAYING CUSTOMER. This location makes customers feel unwelcome. They even have combination locks on bathroom doors. The staff is hardly at the register so customers need to speak loudly and stand around long periods before they are noticed. Spend your money at Starbucks that's more welcoming.

Everything ordered came wrong and the change back was wrong and they took food that had already been opened and touched behind the counter to fix the order instead of making the order over correctly. That's nasty and unsanitary and it shows someone doesn't care what they make and send out while management is not paying attention nor do they care about repeat customers because I will NEVER go to this location again. I also advise anyone else expecting a correct order and correct change back or courteous service not to bother visiting this location either

Great people tables had charging stations for the tots and their zapped electric device the bathrooms were clean the fountain area was maintained trash wasn't overwhelmed and business was going good . Keep up the great work! Parking: Plenty of space as it's across from a bass pro and a country club Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is decent

Sold me soda with lack of syrup tasted like lightly dr peppered flavored sparkling water. Kids on scooters frequent at night and annoying and drunk stop wasting drive through space for them.

There is a young lady working the meal delivery window who is LESS THAN PLEASANT to interact with. She basically throws your food at you from the window and when half of your order is left out, rolls her eyes when you remind her. I've visited this same location there times during the past week, each time I've visited this young lady has been working the window each and every time, with the same nasty presence. I tried to be understanding that maybe it was a bad day even a bad couple of days. However, I feel as though it's an employee issue and management isn't aware or plainly doesn't care that customers are having their food practically thrown at them for disrupting the drive thru attendant. I have also contacted McDonalds about this employee in particular as well as leaving this review. I will not return. I'll go anywhere other than this McDonald's in the future.

It's super irritating when you pay extra for cheese to be added to your Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwiches and for the second day straight two different McDonald's you get no cheese. It says "add cheese" on the order slip that is attached to the sandwich box. Come on Mickey D's you can do better.

The restaurant closes an hour before the drive-thru. So, if you walk there, hoping to get some food, tough luck, it closed an hour before.Service: 1/5
