Yesterday we placed an order for pickup and we didn't wait too terribly long. First everything was squished into a small bag. The burgers on our big macs were very overcooked. And one of our cheese burgers there was NO burger. It looked like there was but when I opened the bun it was just a dark bun with cheese and pickle no burger. WTH Mcdonald's I have added pics
Long wait in drive thru, then asked to pull forward,wait some more, then got wrong order, spent my entire 30 min. lunch break in McDonald's drive thru. I asked No pickles on my qtr pounder.
To whom it may concern, every time I visit this location on my lunch time I always have an issue with you guys. I get you guys are trying to rush folks through the drive-thru because of a time but you guys really need to be focused on the food temperature sometimes when I go to the one I use my app and I do request for the food to be fresh when I get to the window it has not been done so I'm not very happy about the way you do things and at the end of the day can a manager just step in and see what's going on because this has happened so many times that every time I go on my lunch I always pass you by
McDonald's breakfast is good however pricey. I don't often visit fast food restaurants unless there are coupons involved. I try to eat healthy but when on the go it's perfect on occasion. Expect to drop at least approximately 20.00 bucks or more for 1 to 2 people.Food: 3/5
Your locations say 24 hours, but anytime we come to this location they turn off all the lights and claim to be closed and they don't even acknowledge that I have pulled up, I had to call them and they said that they weren't open yet and when I told them their app let me place it, so thats crazy, they hung up on me. It's 5 in the morning and when I pull through to look, is all I see is everyone playing on their phones. If you guys are closed how am I able to place an order on your app. The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. Would recommend going to a different location or somewhere else entirely.
They seemed to have plenty of help and not terribly busy. May be time for more training manager included or possibly having the right people in the right positions to effectively handle business. Staff were not terribly rude however, were not extremely polite either.Food: 2/5
We got to do better guys!! After waiting forever in drive thru mind you nobody in front of me im at speaker, I ordered mcdouble fries and drink, fries taste like they have set there for atleast 30 min. And my mcdouble was old as well bread was and as toast and was just thrown in bag not even covered. Terrible!!
I have had patience with this McDonald’s location cus I live close by but I order a triple cheeseburger and I only have gotten 2 burger patties not 3 the fries are not fresh and are barely warm just because the line isn’t backed up doesn’t mean serve your customers old fries that are only warm from sitting under a heat lamp you definitely need people who know what their doing not who has been there
It started out bad but Sandra, the mgr, came in like a super hero!! Fixed the issue without breaking a sweat. They were extremely busy but she handles herself like a professional. Big up to Sandra, thank u Kid-friendliness: The Play Place is clean and during this cold season it’s really the only park u can take your kid too without being charged to play. Good job MickeyD’s
Wait time is horrible, wrong drinks, forgot cookies, you'd figure having to wait 15 minutes after paying for your food it would at least all be there and correct. Overall horrible location
