They are very nice and clean I give 5 out of 5
They do not acknowledge pickup orders. They leave the lobby full of guests while everyone works drive thru and only one person on front counter. Most staff will barely greet you coming in.

It's crazy the wait in here and not to mention the rude employees.
Drive thru order is ALWAYS correct, which is hard to find at most places.
Out my food correct and fast.
The person taking the order was so rude just answering with short answer and ignoring us at the same time as rushed to finish the transaction. We were not able to get any drinks nor ketchup because she said they didn't have.
