I have used McDonough Environmental Services twice - once to install a large dehumidifier and then again to do a full duct cleaning of my home. Chris and Bethany are amazing. They are knowledgeable, hard-working, and honest. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied as a customer and in my case even helped with a few other things around the house! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Chris and Bethany cleaned the lint out of my dryer vent and they did a great job. They were thorough and neat, and even moved the dryer - and washer - into better locations than they were before. I would definitely use McDonough Environmental Services again.
Chris and Bethany were great! They came out for air duct cleaning which had not been cleaned for years. They took their time and did an outstanding job. The price was reasonable as they were here all day. Would highly recommend them!
I would strongly recommend Chris and his team. Besides his personal visit to go over in detail his services and costs upfront, the work he did was fantastic. He sanitized/cleaned our entire system, but also on the day of the cleaning he replaced our dryer vent which was not up to code. He is very friendly, punctual, and above else upfront and honest.
This couple is a wonderful team and we highly recommend them! We hired a mold scientist for our project and she recommended the Mcdonoughs because they do such a good job. We had to strip an entire floor to the studs and treat for mold and the Mcdonoughs did and excellent job for us. We were very comfortable having them in our house interacting with our children and dogs and cat. They are a trustworthy and honest team. We have had numerous teams of workers doing various jobs and the Mcdounoughs were the best and easiest to work with.
I contacted McDonough Environmental Services for a dryer duct cleaning. I spoke with Christopher over the phone who was more than happy to accomodate my busy work schedule. He arrived on time and was assisted by Bethanie. Both were happy to walk me through the process and ultimately help me better understand the dryer/vent system. Along the way we encountered a few small hiccups fault of a previous vendor, but were able to improvise and resolve with little additional effort. Overall A+ experience. Truly the epitome of what it means to be family owned and operated. And most importantly I no longer need two drying cycles to get dry clothes!
Our air ducts had not been cleaned in a very long time, and Chris and Bethany did an amazing job. I would highly recommend McDonough Environmental Services.
This is the second year I have used Environmental Services. I love them. They are incredibly efficient, and very nice people. Price is reasonable. The take such care in dong the work. These people are 5 stars all the way!
