McKenna Property Management

This is a very difficult review to write because I was very excited to work with McKenna Property Management. I have been in my condo for less than 30 days and my landlord has refused to fix several issues one by law he is required to fix, an electrical issue in my laundry room where he won’t fix the light and I’m in complete darkness! I was dealing with point person for repairs Maria Kirkland and she has completely ignored my last email! NOT COOL!!! The rest of the team seems very nice! I worked with Shae White getting the property and she was a true delight! I would suggest if you are going to work with this property management company, make sure there are no improvements needed when you move in. If not you will be washing clothes in the dark like me, with NO EMAIL RESPONSE for a week. I hope they get their act together! But if you can work with someone else other than Maria, PLEASE DO! Good luck and again, they were fantastic until this issue! I truly hope this gets better! If not, I will be filing a formal complaint with the city of Las Vegas and The State of Nevada!

McKenna and team are the absolute best ! They helped us maximize the profit from our home, the selling transition and transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Professional staff! Applying was a breeze, the application was detailed and easy to follow. McKenna Property reached out to me quickly with the status of my application. Between phone calls, text and emails, communication was a breeze in regards to any questions, picking up keys and due dates for down payments etc. The pictures of the property listed were accurate when we physically saw the property in person. They are literally a joy to rent from and I highly recommend.

They discuss with me in a neat and professional manner, the discussion is clear and transparent. The most impressive group of McKenna team is the marketing group. When the house goes on the rental market, I will receive an analysis report every week. Once prospective tenants are coming, I will be discussed with the associate in details to make the final decision together, no matter where I am, local or overseas, we can have wonderful conversations all the time. McKenna Property Management has been an amazing find for me. The responded quickly and professionally to my intiial inquiry about their services. Each team member provides great follow up. Jenni is a gem. She is the owner but personally came to look at my unit to suggest improvements that would help rent it out quickly. She gave impactful renovation ideas that did not cost too much. Her contractors were top notch and worked at reasonable rates. Each step with them gave me confidence that I made the best decsion. I would recommend them in a heart beat to friends or family.

One of the best property management companies in the city. The entire team is very responsive and respectful in all dealings. This company also takes very good care of the homes they showcase in their portfolio, there are no surprises and the homes are very well taken care of. I hope to work with them again in the future.
