Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing

This is a great facility located conveniently close to the highway and several shopping districts. The facility is clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. One of the things that stuck out to me was tallking the administrator and director of nursing and seeing how much they cared about the well-being of their residents. I enjoyed the willingness of the staff to assist and recommend this facility for physical therapy and long-term care.

The Nurses and staff are some of the best. They Always took excellent care of my loved one. The building is clean. At the time of my loss i felt as they were my family. They were all so kind and caring. To me and my daughter's. I would recommend them.

Love the residents and the staff. They work really hard to make it a family environment for everyone! They have a great ability to address concerns and needs of everyone. What a quaint cute little building.

Portions of the facility are rough. The shared rooms and restrooms have not been updated as the main halls have, the "cubbies" or "curtained rooms" could use some serious love/cleaning/airflow-as several others have suggested otherwise; additionally, each restroom is shared by up to six residents at a time. Our loved one states they went hours without being able to access it and staff was in short supply to support. Hair went unbrushed and unwashed for the duration of the lengthy stay, no toothbrush/toothpaste were provided either. The CNAs and Nurses treated them well and did their best with limited staffing, hence an additional star. Aside from this, I would not recommend this facility at this time.

Meadow Brook care center has assisted me when I could not even sit up in bed without assistance, due to severe n central nervous system. To day, I have been here 1 year. Now with support and encouragement I can use a walker by myself. Dress myself, get in and out of bed, use the commode and was assisted in obtaining my own power chair, so I may do my own light shopping. Something I though I may never be able to do. Activities has taken me to do archery in Park City, where safely both tirips, got a bulls eye. I am very grateful for the many kind staff and the way I have been treated, which has not always been an easy prospect.AsI have at times been cranky. The food is pretty good and the veriety /"presentation is beyond what one might expect. The facility is clean and safe. The Nurse are always available and professional. I would highly recommend Meadow Brook to friends and family to see for themselves if the 41 bed , personal attention is appropriate care for you and your family.

The Admin staff is great & knowledgeable. The Nurses, CNA's & Nursing Assistants are all caring & do a great job with the resident's.

This is a great place. It is under new management and they have a great team. I would have no problem bringing a loved one here when that time comes.

The nurses are great and the administrator Is amazing. The other staff is great and I get my medicine on time. The activities director is fabulous.

Meadow Brooke is an amazing facility and has great management, nurses and CNAs. They are quick to answer all needs presented and are highly professional.

This building is absolutely amazing. It is a small building which gives it a home like feel. The staff know the patients so well. I absolutely love the management here. Would highly recommend.
