Questionable exchange policy. My wife and I spent almost $1000 on plants this spring and 3 of the grasses we purchased failed to sprout. Everything else has grown very well. Their return/exchange policy states that you can return dead plants within a year of purchase so long as you have the receipt. My wife went to exchange the three plants today (total cost of the 3 was ~$100) and was told that because we purchased them during a sales event, we'd have to pay the difference between the retail price and the sale price. Total cost to us was $7.50. No where on the receipt does it say anything about sale items. It does say "store credit will be issued for the amount paid," so maybe that's the hangup. I'd understand this policy if I was getting my money back (which they don't do anyway), but I just wanted to exchange. I don't care about the money, but the woman my wife dealt with wasn't very pleasant and said we could call corporate if we had an issue with the policy. All we wanted to do was exchange plants. Should be a pretty simple transaction. I guess Meadows Farms doesn't think happy customers are worth $7.50. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, so they get the extra star.

They have a huge selection. They are pretty helpful too if you are a novice gardner like me. Prices are a little higher than some other garden stores, but quality is excellent

Very helpful staff. I've been going here for years. they have a good variety of perennials and annuals. It is located on the old part of Route 29. Next to Bell's Nursery. If you register for VIP membership, which is free, you get discounts and points. Everything I've ever bought from them has survived in my yard. The staff offered to help with finding what you want but are not pushy if you say you just want to look. They help carry out to the car or load. This aspect is important for me because I am disabled.

Wonderful selection of plants, bushes, and trees. If you can't find it here I dont know where you'd find it. Helpful staff. They are always so friendly. Join VIP and get great discounts.

Nice customer service. Staff are helpful. I don't have enough comparative knowledge to speak about prices.
