I was running a few days a week in Hermann park near work in 2021, when I saw a joyous class led by Jared, who was doing sprints up the same hill that I was. I thought, why exercise alone, when I can meet such a nice group. Mean Green has a wonderful atmosphere, with Houston's friendliest exercise enthusiasts and instructors. Classes are always punctual and organized, and I have lost 30 pounds already this past year, which has helped make me feel physically much better. Workouts are playful and challenging, scenery is beautiful!
If you want a gym that treats you like family, this is the one to try. Their fitness classes are challenging but fun! They also cater to all fitness levels. I highly recommend this gym if you want to start your fitness journey!!!
I started going to Mean Green Boot Camp back in 2015. The location was convenient, the people were friendly, and the trainer really cared. Personal life happened and I stopped going but started back January 2022. Let me tell you something…it is better than ever. Under the direction of Coach Jared, it is a high energy, supportive, goal crushing, fat burning, sweat dripping, positively infectious environment! And most importantly, if you’re looking for results, you’ll find them here. I’ve lost over 20lbs and counting. On a personal note, I came to this boot camp at the lowest point of my life and contemplated giving up several times. Jared wouldn’t let me. Through all my moods swings and sometimes tears, he never stopped believing in me. Even when I had the worse attitude, he still met me with kindness, respect, and the biggest smile. I can’t say enough positive things about this boot camp. Come check it out!
I really enjoy going to Mean Green Bootcamp! My wife has been part of Mean Green for several years and had been encouraging me to go as well. I always hated exercising and specially running..: but after giving it a try Once I was sold. The atmosphere is relaxed, irreverent, and fun. We have people from all walks of life and ability levels participating and the trainers are great. I encourage anyone who is thinking about starting to workout in a fun environment to give it a try.
I was searching for a gym in my area, when one day I went on a walk and saw Mean Green Bootcamp taking place at Hermann Park. I asked about how to join and was happy to try their 6 days for $6 before officially joining. I enjoy the team workout which is a great sense of community and a nice little competition to improve on your skills every time! The trainers are awesome, attentive and keep us motivated!
If you are looking for a supportive and encouraging workout environment, Mean Green Bootcamp is where you want to be! The workouts are designed for members to move at their own pace, which is great. If you join Mean Green, you wont regret it!
Mean Green Bootcamp is icing on the cake! I joined to get additional outdoor cardio in my weekly routine. The workouts are challenging and well thought out each week! I love the community and I see a huge improvement in my body leaning out and toning!! THANK YOU MEAN GREEN BOOTCAMP!
I have been struggling with losing weight. Then I found out about mean green boot camp. The trainers are awesome. They will push you to do your best. I love it!!!!!
I’m new to mean green and have done a lot of other Bootcamp’s but this one by far is the best! Everyone is motivating and have been around which says a lot. The team of trainers are amazing and really do care!
