Gary and Nancy Pollock bought the Meat and Poultry Palace in 1987. Over the years the Meat Palace has strived to bring in the best quality meat you can find. All our Beef is USDA Choice, and aged for at least 14 days. If you are looking to stock up, we also sell whole, half and quarters of choice Montana beef.
We also have a full counter of pork; anything you desire from chops, roast, ribs to sausage. We have 12 different types of brats that we make daily. We also have 10 different smoked sausages that we make in house along with two types of jerky.
Old Fashioned means asking the butcher to custom cut your meat. You can get it cut as thick as you like. Upon check out, we wrap all your meat in freezer paper to preserve the freshness and quality of the meat.
