Waited on hold to schedule an appointment, someone came on the line at 18 minutes to tell me I would be helped in a minute. After an hour on hold was told that the office was closed for the day and I could leave a message.

I have been here many times over the years for different types of testing. It is wonderfully convenient. The parking is free. The staff is always professional and pleasant. The wait is never unusually long. Would definitely recommend. Mulch easier than having to go to the hospital for testing!

I had no problem getting my paperwork done, and getting in on my scheduled appointment. The staff was helpful. I went during the remodeling. The lobby, steps, and elevator was trashed. The contractor's should do a better job of keeping the lobby and staircase clean.

Almost one year later and I am still getting random bills for a procedure that I had done here.

This has been a miserable experience and I'm still trying to get a simple test accomplished. No one knows what they are doing and they are very inexperienced with insurance company guidelines. They leave you on hold forever and are not even that friendly. This will be my last visit and experience at this facility for sure
