Sue and her team at Medical Aesthetics are simply amazing! Every experience I've ever had with them is professional, accommodating and honest! Sue knows what she's doing and I have all the trust in her! Their location is beautiful, clean and surprisingly always easy for parking! I've even moved out of town and keep going to them because I know it'll be hard/impossible to find anyone as good!

Sue is amazing and is such a sweet person! She is informative, friendly, and caring towards her clients. Sarah is also great and so kind! Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would recommend this spot to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with Erin. I have seen her before for my Botox and today was my first appointment at this location. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The vibe is relaxing and the team is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of skin care treatments. Erin skillfully injected me once again. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a gentle touch. Could not recommend Sue and her team more. Booking is easy and online, and Sue is always running on time so I'm in and out with no fuss. Sue is highly efficient but never makes you feel rushed - she takes the time to explain every step of your service with care. She doesn't try to sell you services you don't need and - most importantly - I've been thrilled with the results every time. I look like myself, just better and more refreshed! I really love this place and Sue. I've been to a couple other places around Boston for similar services and they're all fine, good, etc. However, this place defies being just 'fine' and is really amazing. Sue cares immensely about the patient's individual needs vs. just making money from a customer. I even asked her about a $$ treatment I was interested in and she advised against it for me. I've seen some of her other employees here for facials too and they've been wonderful.
