I have gone here for many years. Love my doctor however she is out this week. All I wanted was to see if there is something else my daughter can try for migraine medicine as she is home in tears and throwing up from it. They had the on call doctor assistant amanda call me back pretty much she had the attitude nothing we can do and not my problem. Obviously very unprofessional and obviously just a job to them. Obviously this place no longer needs our business and doesnt care about its patience. Sad to see as our family doctor is amazing!

Save your time and money! Basically these doctors charge you and your insurance company for a referral and dont actually do anything here. Dr Nord is the only one here with any shred of respect for patients. The medical industry is so focused now on fleecing your insurance company they cant even tell when their more of a problem then a solution. The front desk could tell you just as much as any of these doctors if you have anything more than a cold which is the phone number to another doctor. I was without my medications for 2 months while in-between doctors and I make an appointment to see a Dr at this clinic to just be denied refills and be treated like a drug addict for non opiate meds I have been prescribed for 6 and over 10 years. No check with my former doctor no test of any kind was performed. I was refused medical care here no doubt about it. This was an actual medical emergency. I guess if this is happening to others you should call The South Dakota State Medical board or fill out an anonomous complaint online or something. I dont know if im overreacting but it was a pretty big deal to me. KP

This place takes forever to see the Dr. I have been sitting here with my child for an hour, waiting on the Dr. If I didn't pay my co pay already we would have left. Not impressed. I was probably better off taking her to Urgent care.

Very rude receptionist. Called for yearly physical for my daughter. When I gave her name of my insurance said "I never heard of that" in a condescending way. And said they were a filled up. Filled up for the rest of the year?? Come on.
