Mom of the year if you take your baby here! It is my first baby and I wanted to make sure I didn’t regret anything. I wanted someone who has expertise in piercing infants. My main concern was safety and sterilization. My baby girl will be 4 months in just a few days and I have been doing my own research on where to get her ears pierced. My husband wanted to take her to Claire’s but I fought him on it every time. After seeing reviews about babies having to get re-pierced because it wasn’t done correctly the first time or hearing that the guns they use in Claire’s can’t even be cleaned, the thought of taking my baby to Claire’s seemed horrifying. I finally came across this place! Ear piecing here is pricey BUT I think the assurance of knowing they are licensed nurses who have done this plenty of times is worth that and more. Everything they used for my baby was packaged and used one time, only for her. The post procedure is phenomenal they go over everything with you, including after care and the healing process. All of my questions were answered and I was at ease. The nurse, Natalya interacted with my baby before piercing and also used sensory development toys to keep my baby distracted. My experience was wonderful and my daughter looks gorgeous in her studded earrings. She also provided me with a Bravery Certificate that I will keep for memories. Thank you so much Natalya!!! I will be coming back if I ever have another girl.

I was hesitant to try this because it sounded like a pop-up type place and it's definitely pricier than the mall. However, the reason I was taking my daughter there was due to a botched piercing at Claire's in the first place so I really shouldn't judge. The nurse Meaghan was fabulous. When I arrived she was just getting on the phone with a potential customer, and while I had to stand there for almost 10 minutes waiting, what I thought of most was how patient and thorough she was with the person on the line. If it was me and I was calling for my child, I would want that kind of service. The piercing was extremely smooth and very calm. The follow up emails have been great. Nothing I didn't already know but the fact that they even bother to follow up and ask if you have concerns, or even notify you that it's ok to take the piercing earrings out, I think is great. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you are taking really little ones to get their ears done. Excellent experience.

My daughter got her ear pierced here 2 days ago. I love the place, the lady who help us and guided us throughout the process. She’s awesome. My one year daughter loved her. Painless with the numbing cream. 10 stars THANK YOU

Don’t recommend - Used for 6 month baby. 1 We waited an hour and a half even though we had appointment. 2 Once we went inside for the piecing, even though the nurse placed markers on the ears, once she actually pierced my 6 month baby’s ears she missed one of the marks and made it too high. So we had to re- pierce while on site. Baby was not happy and was crying the whole time. And even after that they are not even. Nurse was not careful. What a disappoint. Don’t go.

Tiara was amazing! My baby girl was cranky so it didn’t help but tiara was very patient and super friendly, I suggest getting babies ears pierced after birth and between 3/4 months, place was clean and quiet, there was also a variety of temporary earrings for baby, I loved these blue flowers that are made of plastic. DD for both ears done and also got the numbing cream but they still feel some pain, overall it was a good experience.

My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced by Tameka today. The process was easy and painless. Tameka answered all my questions, was very patient and put my daughter at ease throughout the whole process. We highly recommend her. Thank you Tameka, you made one little girl very happy!

The place is small but give it a chance. It’s great to take your little one to. My daughter turned 6 months and I wanted the best for her. I wasn’t going to take her to Claire’s to pierce her ears lol Tiara was great with my daughter and super clean. She washes her hands multiple times and is very patient with the process of your child not staying still. I was picky with where the earring placement will be and she did an EXCELLENT JOB. I’m in love with how my daughter looks and no problems with her ears after the piercings. Plus anywhere you go you need patience. Someone came in thinking they could skip two families and they came in super late. I appreciate Tiara working skills.

Tiara was absolutely amazing! She was very informative throughout the entire process and was very tentative and patient with my 4 month old. I would choose this experience and environment over a corner booth in Claire’s any day! She opened all new products in front of us, washed her hands multiple times and answered any and all questions. As someone who works in the medical field, I can say wholeheartedly that Tiara’s “bedside” manner was beyond. Would recommend her and the Medical Ear Piercing Center one thousand times over! Note: They have a pretty good selection of jewelry and gave us cleaning wipes for the piercing free of charge. Tiara also followed up with an email asking us to keep in touch with any questions or concerns! I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a wonderful experience! Tameka was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She truly made this process very peaceful and assuring that my daughter was going to be okay. I'm a first time mom and I was so nervous getting my daughter's ears pierced for the first time. But the entire process was so smooth and it wasn't rushed at all. Tameka explained step by step aftercare instructions and even showed me the sterile tools and earrings. Overall this was just a great first time experience. I would definitely go here again for my future babies.

My husband I brought our 6 month old daughter to the NYC office for her ear piercing and had a great experience. We are new parents and I have to admit that we were very nervous at first. But the nurse did a great job explaining the procedure and gave us a chance to ask our 101 questions. She was very careful and gentle which helped us to relax a little. We chose to get the numbing cream applied and had to wait about 45 minutes before the piercing could be done. We went with the pink medical grade plastic earrings. After the piercing my daughter cried briefly for maybe about a minute or two. She was back to her smiling/playful self in no time. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Our daughter's piercings are perfectly centered and we couldn't be happier with the results. They did a great job! I would recommend Medical Ear Piercing Clinics to anyone who's interested in getting ear piercings done for themselves or children.
