Lab tech who was supposed to be helping was extremely rude, condescending and inconsiderate. He was trying to draw blood that was a simple finger prick into a arm draw which is terrifying for my 4 year old. He doesn’t want to help calm down my child and just turned into a complete jerk. I do believe he needs to find a different job. The medlabs needs to screen their personal better. This was rediculous and I and my family will NEVER return to medlabs. I will drive the hour out of my way to avoid your services. And I WILL tell everyone I know about the disappointing, discusting services that we were put through. Absolutely awful, as we were leaving he was on the phone trying to tell someone about what happened. Are you freaking serious!?!?!?
