I am extremely disappointed with Medly and would strongly discourage others from using this pharmacy. The last few months have been completely unusable for me, and it seems like something is going south behind the scenes but we don't know. The biggest issue is the complete lack of communication with customers. The information provided on the app and website is unreliable, and I have personally gone to the Brooklyn location multiple times only to find it closed outside of the listed hours. I have also had trouble reaching them via phone and chat. To make matters worse, the Brooklyn location has been closed for several days now with no communication to customers. It literally feels like I'm in a circus act. This is unacceptable, especially since people rely on Medly for life-saving medications. Medly needs to do better and prioritize effective communication with their customers. Do better Medly - I feel like you chose not to.
They have great customer service when it comes to them making the deliveries. I love this pharmacy and how quick on the deliveries. I always have a great experience everytime I need my medicines from this pharmacy. I've switched from my community pharmacy to Medley and stayed with them for a full year. I recommend Medley pharmacy to anybody and everybody that needs it
I wanted to like this pharmacy, but I am so fed up with them at this point. Will not return my texts or phone calls. One of my orders never arrived and apparently even though they deliver on weekends they have no customer service available. This is medicine, not a pizza. Patients deserve better.
Worst customer service ever. I called Medly on the 718 number on 08/01 about my prescription and text the number provided with no response. Called around three more times in the following days with still no answer. I even select the option to have a call back 5 days ago and to date did not receive a call. Day 7 I called the 1-800 number and waited over 1 hour with no response. Then someone text me about a refill when I am calling about an entirely new prescription. It appears that Medly is only friendly to first time users. Highly do not recommend this pharmacy for urgently needed medication. UPDATE 10/01/22: Patient advocate reached out the same day I posted my first review and advised that the delay is temporary and has been resolved and here I am again a month later waiting over one hour for someone to answer the phone or respond to my messages sent days ago. Once again, highly unreliable. Switching pharmacy.
Love them!!!! Free delivery to any borough. I had them when I was in Queens and have them now that I moved. Always kind and quick when setting up deliveries. Only stood me up twice in the two years but came the next day lol.. Something was wrong with the system but they fixed it quickly. I'm sticking with them as long as I live in New York City. I'm trying to put my family and friends on to them. 5 stars.
Currently in day 15 of trying to get my medication from this pharmacy, they won’t answer the phone, aren’t open even though their hours state they should be, and are just straight up ignoring me. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’m currently on hold to try to get in touch with customer support and have been in the queue for 1 HOUR. Do not send your medications here unless you want to never get them.
Not sure what happened with this pharmacy. They used to be the best. I had a scheduled delivery 3 times it never came. I heard Medly laid off half their employees and it’s showing. I have transferred all my prescriptions back to rite aid.
This is horrible.. I have never been treated like this in my life!!!! I've been calling this pharmacy for my daughter medication and also mines for a week and a half now.. How do you fill someone's prescription and don't give it to them?? No other pharmacy can do anything because in the system it says that Medley pharmacy filled the prescription a week ago!!! They wont answer the phone..they wont reply to any emails..@Medley Pharmacy I just want my daughters prescriptions and I will never bother you again.. My daughter needs her medication!!!!
This is one of the worse pharmacy I could ever dealt with. My PCP sent a medications there, I am up to 3 weeks and I have not receiving anything. I only received a phone for an update of my insurance, until now, not one more phone call or anything related to when I will get my medications. I will have to call the doctor’s office to send my medications elsewhere.
How does this place have 4.6 stars?? It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. Couldn’t process a prescription because multiple people from the “company” Kept asking me the same question about my insurance. I sent them the info repeatedly, nothing is saved in the system, put me on hold for a total of 50 mins over 4 calls. They take HOURS to simply put a prescription into their computer. Don’t use Medly.
