[How to treat the customer] This Wednesday 15/05 I went into the store to buy a clinical flashlight. When I requested what I wanted, the employee promptly responded. When asking her to test the flashlight price 19.90, I accidentally let it fall out of my hand. The employee, when testing, noticed that the flashlight was not turning on, and said that she should report what had happened to the manager another one was tested and worked. I said it was fine, but that the fall wasn't that big I'm under 5'10", which made me wonder if the fall was, in fact, the reason it hadn't lit up. I was not charged for the flashlight that didn't turn on, but the manager was extremely rude to me, assertively stating that she "saw when the flashlight fell". I never denied this. I only have PRAISE for the employees at this establishment who treat us with respect, calm, total professionalism and knowledge of the products. After all, we are not going there to buy nail polish, perfume or "frumelos" we are going there because we need something that is suitable for health, whether momentary or for continuous use. As everywhere, at least it happens to me, we tend to have a preference for someone, the person who serves me is Kaira but when she is not there I am served with the same affection and attention. Unreliable seller. Although I clearly explained that I wanted a tubular bandage, she sold me a simple bandage stating that it was tubular. A disaster. When I called to complain, the saleswoman even had the gall to say that I had asked for a regular bandage. I don't recommend it to anyone. I will never set foot in the store again.
