Belinda was fantastic. Instantly friendly when I walked in and talked me through each stage of the process of getting my hair cut. She listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and did her best to accommodate this, whilst giving me tips on the best way to style my curls. Very happy with my half head shave - my friend said I can now take part in an action movie!! A little perk is that they also have a good selection of hot drinks on offer and they provided me with a chocolate bar too!

Lilli provided the most excellent service, the whole experience was a total dream for me. I felt completely at ease after talking with her, she knew exactly my style and coloured my roots to match my hair perfectly and lifting the whole look to another level. Meeting with Belinda for a colour consultation before the appointment made me know I would be in good hands at this salon. Each interaction with the team was brilliant. The manager Lilli I think was such a lovely lady She listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me after each step to make sure I was happy with how my hair was being done. Honestly the loveliest customer service I've recieved at a hair salon. And they recycle all chopped off hair instead of binning it which is amazing.
