I finally found a perfect dentist for myself! I had 4 different dentists in the past to do my front 4 teeth. None of them never made my teeth look natural and people could tell I had crowns. My case was very difficult. My first dentist used metal poles 30 something years ago. They transparent after years. Some part of gum turned into blue. Dr. Han covered them with new materials. I see a lot less blue color on my gum. I don’t have to cover my smile with my hand anymore. I wish I could take better photos. Shape of new crowns and color are perfect. Look so natural. These are exactly what I wanted. Thank you Dr. Han for your amazing work!

I needed to find a new dentist when my insurance changed. My best friend recommended Lumia Dental and wow wow wow! The office itself is aesthetically pleasing. So nice and clean!! Front desk staff was very welcoming and pleasant. I have to say my cleaning was absolutely wonderful probably the best one I’ve ever received. I’m so impressed and coming back to the dentist doesn’t seem as scary anymore thanks to the staff at Lumia who overall are so nice and accommodating.

Best Dentist Ever. Over the years I have had horrific experiences at various dentists. Today, was my second visit to Lumia Dental. Dr. Han is personable, friendly and efficient. She goes over the x-rays by showing you them on a big screen. Dr. Han takes the time to listen carefully and answer any questions. At Lumia Dental I feel comfortable, well taken care of and confident I am getting great care. In my opinion, what is extremely important is the environment created by the team. Everyone from Michelle, X-ray Technician, Christine, Dental Assistant, Stefanie, Hygienist and Dr. Han all worked together to make my experience relaxing and wonderful. Usually, I squirm in pain when I get my teeth cleaned. I have sensitive teeth with exposed nerves and ask for anesthesia. With Stefanie I do not need anesthesia given how gentle she is in cleaning my teeth and I feel no pain. Lastly, usually when I leave a dental office I am hesitant to make the next appointment right afterward because I just want to leave. Today, I was happy to make my next appointment and know I found my dental practice.

I've been a patient here since 2018 and I've received nothing but the highest quality service and warm welcomes. Their technology is top of the line and they're proactive in communication. The staff is professional and I haven't seen much, if any, turnover. Jackie has been my hygienist for a few years and she is a perfectionist--thorough, dedicated and friendly. Dr Han, in particular, has been my trusted dentist since the beginning. She is super knowledgeable and even advised against a procedure that would net her money, but would be of little to no benefit for me. As long as I'm able, I'll continue to be a patient here. Lumia Dental is fantastic. Like many people, I put off going to the dentist for far longer than I should have and that lead to a situation where frankly, I was a little bit worried about going back. When I first engaged with Lumia and explained this, they were extremely understanding and put my mind at ease. On my first visit, they ran the usual diagnostics and determined that I needed a dental deep cleaning. No theatrics, no shaming, just straightforward and honest recommendations on how I could get my oral care regimen back on track. Following this initial visit, I ended up doing two deep cleaning sessions with Jackie, my fantastic hygienist. Knowing my situation, she took extra care in making sure I was comfortable throughout my deep cleans and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant, despite the significant cleaning work that needed to be done. Jackie’s also always been willing to take extra time to explain and provide additional recommendations on keeping my teeth and gums in tip top shape. Finally, Lumia has been great in scheduling and executing on follow up care as well. They have an amazing office and administrative staff to support this and today, I’m happy to say my teeth and gums are feeling healthier than they have in years and all of the diagnostics and tests have confirmed this as well. Thanks, Lumia team! I only wish I had started working with you all sooner.

It’s very difficult to post an over the top, super positive review without the appearance of bias or familiarity… but I am going to trust that those of you reading this will appreciate my sincerity and verifiable experience with Lumia Dental. If there ever was a perfect dental practice … this may very well be the one. Friendly, passionate, caring, professional, fun, and exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Han and the entire staff for making me feel like family, and for such exceptional care.

I have glowing things to say about Lumia! Firstly, the hygienist, Jackie, was phenomenal. In addition to the cleaning, Jackie took the time to walk me through the X-rays/photos of my teeth and explained them to me! She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I also had an amazing experience with Dr. Schuback, who walked me through why I was experiencing the problems I was experiencing and some potential options to fix them! She was incredibly informative and helpful. Previously I saw Dr. Donahue who I also had a great experience with! Lastly, the front desk staff is always fantastic. Seriously don’t have enough good things to say. Also worth noting, Lumia is the first and only dentist that I’ve been to that actually walks you through a detailed overview of the procedures AND the cost with/without insurance before the actual procedures. Jackie is the best dental professional I’ve every worked with..She is very supportive through the process cleaning, deep cleaning and explains things well. She also gives clear and precise next steps for YOU to improve your overall dental hygiene. The Lumia office overall is well equipped with them latest technology, has great doctors, technicians and admin staff. Scheduling is a breeze. What can I say about Dr. Han and her superhero staff at Lumia Dental? The friendly office staff accommodated my schedule, insurance, and financing needs from my initial consultation. At the same time, Dr. Han and her hygienist Tatiana provided a remarkable patient experience in the dental chair. They have redefined for me what genuine bedside manner is. Dr. Han replaced my existing veneers and made me feel like my smile was once again my own - my singular objective throughout the process. My anxieties were alleviated by Dr. Han’s attentiveness, professionalism, and kind spirit. Through the simple gesture of calling on different occasions to check in on me, she reassured me with a sense of safety and confidence in her ability. Highly recommend Lumia Dental, very positive experience beginning with the booking to the most gentlest cleaning I’ve ever experienced from Stefanie, and very thorough, she’s the best! The dental assistant, Michele, was so attentive too! The front office was extremely polite and welcoming. The doctor answered all questions and addressed all concerns.
