These guys are the best. My phone dropped in water and the cell phone screen blacked out. I brought it in and they ordered a replacement screen and told me it would be fixed in 2-3 days. He also gave me a quote for the work. They followed up to confirm it was fixed and the screen replacement came with a lifetime warranty. The lady who works there was kind enough to stay 10 minutes after closing so I could pick up my phone. They do great work and will definitely come back if I need anything fixed. Be aware the location isn't parking friendly.

Today, I brought a Galaxy S8 phone because it wasn't charging. I was told by Consumer Cellular that it might need a new port and to have it seen by cell phone repair place. I found CPR on the Internet and was impressed by the recommendations. First I was thrilled that this cell repair place was open today, Sunday. Right off the bat the sales rep/owner? told me he thought the port needed to be cleaned and to return in a half hour to see if that fixes the problem. Guess what! It did fix the problem and I was charged only $25. I'm impressed by CPR's honesty, efficiency, and trustworthiness. I'd recommend CPR without reservation. I had such a wonderful experience here! My phone suddenly stopped charging last week and I brought it into CPR. The staff were very transparent about the phone repair process and all costs associated with it. They were able to fix my phone in just 4 hours and I had it back that afternoon. Cant recommend enough for phone repair.

I was nervous to call in for a quote to learn how expensive the repair would cost because the store is located on Newbury street. The quote to repair the screen of an iPhone X was reasonable. It was easy to book an appointment, they had quick availability. I dropped off my phone and was told to return in a hour and half - and it was fixed on the same day. I paid the price that I was quoted. The repairs looks seemless.

They repaired the broken glass on the back part of my phone pretty quickly, but they didn't seal it properly. I've had this phone for years and have dropped it in tubs and left it in showers, and it's never gotten a single bit of water damage. I went out in the rain today with my phone in my pant pocket and I came back to see condensation stuck under the camera. Not sure if it's just broken forever or what, but disappointed that they did not seal it properly and did not inform me that my phone would lose all of its resistance to water.

My phone suddenly died and would not boot no matter what I tried. Took it here and was given some of the best customer service I have ever had the delight of experiencing. Staff housed my phone for days, did a litany of diagnostics on it, and even shuttled it back and forth to another repair center to get estimates for a fix. If your phone is in bad shape, you can trust you will be treated well if you take it here.

Super nice worker. I came in thinking I need my charging port needs changed and the representative told me it’s just dirty and needs a good clean. They cleaned it and it worked like a charm. Thank you for being honest and reliable!

These guys saved me! My iPhone 13 all of a sudden froze and I was trying everything all afternoon to reset it. I headed over to Newbury street thinking I’d head over to the Apple Store but luckily ended up parking across from CPR. Thank goodness I did. I showed up 30mins before they closed and they were able to resolve the issue quickly. As mentioned by a fellow Yelper, this is the holy grail of phone repairs and I will never go to Apple again. The GM of the store was fantastic- extremely friendly and personable. The technician was also friendly and fast. The price for the repair was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this place!

Definitely go here if you need your iPhone screen replaced. Their service is great. They truly care about their customers. Much better experience here than at YouBreakiFix.
