This Meijer is a nice and clean store! Friendly staff and great customer service. One of the nicest Meijer stores I’ve been In.
My local store here at this location I go to weekly but I’m going to have to stop coming here now I don’t have problems with items or food quality, its a employee. typically I don’t use a cart sometimes today I did, used the bigger cart i got the dog food I needed and went to put the cart back in the station area outside I was parked next to it I put the cart in the medium car section I didn’t realize that till I got in my car plus there was no other carts there as I’m looking to get out to put it in the bigger section this employee long brown hair bearded guy comes rushing over saying people need some damn common sense as I’m right next to it hearing him say these things I look at him and say hey least I put it back in the station area I just seen you grab one all the way out at the end of the lot he just looked very mad at me. This guy has an angry problem I think always frustrated making comments, seen him almost run a kid over while bringing back a full rack of carts inside. They should move him to a different where he’s happier or maybe he shouldn’t do that job.
This Meijer grocery store exceeded my expectations. Wide aisles and neatly organized shelves made shopping nice and efficient. Fresh produce and a diverse selection of products cater to just about everything you could need. Friendly workers and efficient checkout process. I definitely prefer this to some of the other stores in the area.
Much of the fruit was over ripe but the worst part of shopping here was the cashier ...Kathy H. I greeted her .. she didn't greet me. She we did about my ID for non alcoholic beer. She literally stood there waiting for my debit card to process and clear before even Attempting to bag my groceries. I've never had a cashier wait like she did. THEN she was literally throwing my items around and into bags and then would throw the bag of items towards me. I also helped bag. It took everything in me not to make a scene and to be my gracious self. Meijer grocery could do much better without an employee like her! It was quite a disgusting visit!
Took nearly 10 minutes for someone to unlock a coat from the security line. Then, they let us walk around the store with it. What’s the sense of having it secured? Great price in a Carhartt winter coat! 25% off!
If I can give them zero and customer service, I would I have had two of the worst customer service interactions in my life. The first being when I had asked during self, checked out if I could exchange an ice cream because it was opened and obviously picked The dude working there said no and so I ended up avoiding my whole transaction because of that the second time I lost my wallet which has sentimental value since my brother gave it to me when I called and asked if it was found, they said no said it was found can I leave my number so that they could call me back the lady very rudely said no that that's not their policy to call back that I can leave my number but there's no guarantee anyone's gonna call me if it is found and that I would just have to call every day I don't understand what they're doing in the customer service desk that they cannot take a minute of their day to just call me if the wallet shows up it's a very distinct wallet, easily recognizable to call me . I went today to pick To ask if my wallet was found and it was and it was just sitting in customer service lost and found for three days like I don't understand how you can say that your customer base but yet when I lose my wallet shopping at your store And you won't take my number because you can't guarantee that anyone will call me if it's found is outrageous to me What are they doing at the service desk that they don't have a minute of their day to call customers in regards to lost items. And management was not any better during my first experience that I'm not surprised why their store associates act the way they act and get away it. It seems This particular store has lost their value in customers, and it's very apparent and the way that they treat their customers as if they hate even being there. I don't have any issues with their products But the fact is that the way I have been treated makes me never want to go there again, and I would not recommend solely based on their store, associates, negative behavior and attitude
This place was huge and it had every stuff that walmart has, and some of them was cheaper. For instance, groceries. It was my first time visiting Meijer and it did not disappoint.
The best grocery store in the area, selection like no other, stopped, great customer service, clean, that is pricey because places around it and also has the rewards system. Highly recommended
They don't answer my email on missing points, and a loaf of moldy bread, they didn't use a coupon for my lettuce 50¢off at the register, and waited forever on a call to customer service. A total Trainwreck, God I'd rather get measles at kroger.
Meijer rewards practice is ridiculous. You earn $ off mperk reward but if you make a return on any item on the receipt they deduct it from that item. Even if you spent $300 that $10 reward will be distributed throughout and taken back if you return anything. Spoke with a manager Colonel Glen Hwy, Fairborn OH and was told it's how it is and acted like I was stupid because he had to explain the policy. Very frustrating.
