My car was recently serviced at this location and I cannot recommend them enough. I needed my mufflers replaced so they were able to check the condition of them, as well as, full inspection of my car's condition. Every one from the front desk to the mechanics were genuinely caring. I was able to have my car serviced at the best prices compared to quotes from other auto care/repair companies. Initially I gave a 5 star review. Customer care at the counter was great. But about a week after taking my truck there for an inspection, I noticed that the mechanics had not put everything "back together" after taking things apart during the inspection. In particular, the bolts that fasten the air hose that connects to where the air filter is under the hood.... were all left undone. This place is using their "safety inspections" to try and take advantage of people. I took my jeep wrangler for a state inspection and after almost 2 hours of waiting I was given several papers showing me that there was an abundance of manufacturers recommendations due to the mileage of my jeep 114,000 in total it would have been 4600.00. This was a kick in the throat after knowing my jeep failed inspection over 3 ducks on the dash, a small sticker on the passenger side windshield, light bar on my bumper, taillight covers, right front router was rusted surface rust--- ALL vehicles have that due to the metal/material this experience was sickening because I am educated and feel I have an understanding of vehicles, but there are people out there who don't know any better and think all these "recommendations" are immediate, so they take advantage. SHAME ON YOU MEINEKE! I'm glad you only got me for $20!!!

My wife and I just moved to Virginia Beach from New York. We drive a lot! Lol we started searching for a place to repair out brakes and we came to meineke on laskin hoping for a good mechanic. I personally do not care for chain places because of past experiences but my wife insisted. Long story short we had an awesome experience. They took our car in as well as inspected every part of it and sent us and overview of everything from the interior to the exterior of our vehicle as a courtesy and then they repaired our brakes and replaced the rotors.
