Under New Management... This place used to have bad management and service. I took my vehicle there and was very disappointing. But now... Damien Gleason is the new manager and this place is awesome. Damien and his team of auto techs are very friendly and professional. But most importantly they are very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. They fixed my front end Suspension and now I'm safely back on the road.It's finally great to be able to trust in the auto repair business again. Great Job Team!Services: Oil change

Poor experience from the start. Sign out front says $60 for synthetic oil change, then when I come to pay it was $70. Excuse given was they are unable to change the sign. So be it, I already made an appointment and was there to drop off the vehicle. Then come to check my car fax after the change was done and I noticed no tire rotation was completed. On their local website it showed it included a tire rotation, but when I called they said no not included and it's an additional $22.99. However, they said if it's on the website they would honor it, all I had to do was show a screenshot of the website. They said to come in at 8am the next morning and they'll do it. I took the morning off of work to come in to get my rotation done, and I was then told that they had no control over their local website, and that it was "corporate" and that they're individually operated so they won't honor it - despite the fact I was told yesterday to come in and they would do it for free. I am so upset by this transaction, I live one minute away from here and was genuinely looking forward to having a local resource for my car. Meineke, if you'd like to make things right and honor my tire rotation I will update this review accordingly.Service: Oil change

I was assured that the new muffler they installed would be the factory replacement and quieter than the muffler I was replacing. The Meineke muffler was louder and I later found that there is no factory replacement for my 98 Buick Regal, which begs the question: exactly what was put on my car? Meineke 's cost: $500. The guy down the street after the 2nd try finally put a quiet muffler on my car. I spent $900 there. What should have been a 2,3, or 4 hundred dollar job cost me $1,400.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Even while massively short staffed we had fantastic customer service. We had our older car serviced and they gave honest recommendations of fixes and did not try to push unnecessary costs for us. Damien? I believe is the main guy I spoke to is always so polite. He really is doing his absolute best. Would definitely recommend and will return when service is needed.

Leigh was awesome. My battery was completely dead and so I couldn't shut my car off and had already been to 3 other places where they couldn't help me. Leigh saw how upset I was and even though he was super busy he helped me out! Just wow restores my faith in humanity!!! Very appreciated , Leigh!!!! Thank you

I tried to have my car inspection done here to certify my vehicle for use on the Lyft platform. I made a reservation with them and when I showed up they said they had no record of it at all and that it was an issue with Lyft and that it was an ongoing problem. Hmmm, maybe think about solving that one. Had to wait several days later to get it in with them only to have them tell me my rear break pads were “paper-thin” and needed to be changed. I do my own brake jobs so I bought a new set of pads and rotors on my way home. Pulled the wheels off to discover the pads had more than half their life ahead of them still. Thanks for charging me $40 to tell me lies about the condition of my vehicle. Will never go back and and would strongly caution others from utilizing their service as well!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Got an oil change and they replaced a stud and lug nut on the front left that I didn't know was bad. Hats off to them. Good job guys.
