This place is "Top Notch!"... I've been a long time customer and should have done this review years ago... but never too late!!!... The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and very capable... They treat you with respect and they've taken care of my Jeep Wrangler's like it's their own for many years now... I highly recommend this Meineke location on Church Ave. and they have a customer in me for as long as the doors are open!!!... Thanks guys!Services: Brakes

If I can give it zero stars I would last time I went there the heavy set guy took my car in n there was other people in where my car in the back where they do inspections n I had to wait in the waiting room I heard a saw machine but I thought it was for the other vehicle in there nope he cut my flex pipe in half it was a straight cut I was furious when he showed me my problem with my exhaust pipe cut I knew it wasn't a wear n tear he charged me $325 for nothing he said he was g oing to put a pipe in nope I have a picture n what he did was tear rhe outer part of the flex pipe n sent me on my way took my money Like I didn't need it they just rip u off ur money they r crooks I will never go there ever again b4 that visit they inspected my car n failed it cuz the lower arm was damaged but I left n changed my lower arm n it was not damaged but it was changed luckily I had a warrantee on that so I then passed inspection smh never forgetting that I was ripped off .... I now have to get a new flex pipe

The service was very good! I dropped my car off and they immediately called me and let me know what needed to done. Service was done within the next hour. Also it wasn’t crowded and we I didn’t have to wait for service!Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I have been going to this location for the past 20years and quite honestly with hundreds of places I have done business with....this place is overall the best. When it comes to estimated pricing or timing par none. Customer service top knotch always even though it's mostly one of the owners at the desk. I should have done a review to express my satisfaction many years ago but better late than never. Thanks so much Meineke Church Ave.

Beware!!! Awful Place and worker. Do not come here. Came here for a car inspection and the heavy set bald headed man BRIAN who appears to be the manager literally lied to me that my car wasn’t braking and the brake is damaged, even though I just drove my car there and never had an issue. As I asked him more about it he began to raise his voice at me and failed the inspection spitefully. I took my car to two other places just to be sure even though I knew it was a bold lie and it was perfectly fine and I passed inspection. I needed an oil change before a 7 hrs drive. I called and was told first come first serve. They took care of my 2018 Ridgeline with 30 minutes. Top off all fluid, top quality oil, professional and friendly staff. Back on the road with no stress.Services: Oil change

I took my car for and oil change, I hot there about 8:30 . The person incharge took all my info told me how much we the cost..in about 45 minutes I was all done. The are very professional and polite..treated me with respect..only this the waiting area was a bit cold.

Over charge for switching my tires with my spear tires. Manager have nasty attitude, very bad customer services plus he take advantage on females customers. I EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND females go to the Meineke located on Remsen and Church.

I had a full brake and rotor replacement here back in March of 2022. Just recently I noticed the brakes were squeaking after only 1,700 miles so I took it back in to have it checked out. They checked out the brakes and did a cleaning free of charge. I decided to get an oil change as well. They honored the $10 coupon I found online also.Service: Oil change
