Memorial Redwood Mortuary & Cemetery

Every year my husband and I go to five different cemeteries from the East side to the West side for Memorial Day. I have to say this year I was so impressed with Memorial Estates on Redwood Road. The lawns are imacculate and every headstone is trimmed and looks beautiful. Thank You Memorial Estates. 💐

This establishment made it so hard to do business with. We literally had to work on their schedule. All the way to picking up the cremains and death certificates. I will never come here again nor recommend their services. They showed no empathy but they sure showed us the merchandise they were trying to sell us, all the way down to jewelry. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Redwood doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! Worst place ever to bury your love one. Our family had purchased several plots over 15yrs ago. Our brother passed away last week and his body is being flown in today. Well we were planning to receive his body at the airport (escort passes approved and already obtained by airline and airport) but thanks to the rude representatives of Redwood, we won't be greeting him at the airport. There's a FEE for their time. They also told us we could only see our brother for no longer than 15 minutes per day limit of 2 persons at a time. Anytime after 15 min will be charged at $200/hour. WOW, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION WHILE WE ALL GRIEVE THE LOSS OF OUR BROTHER!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF MONEY
