Attempted to speak with someone regarding guidance. I wasn’t certain if all the areas covered and it would have been nice to have had this explained but the staff member was rude and abruptly disconnected the call. What a way to provide customer service.

Love this local flea market been going for years. Good vendors with nice goods for sale.

Reviews don't lie folks. These people are completely incompetent. They gave me the run around, ignored me, I was directed to voicemail & disregarded, or there was absolutely no answer it all. In my opinion, they aren't reputable. Subtract that 1 star I was forced to give & you've got my rating...

They never answered or returned my call in a timely manner. They were working remotely as the office was moving to new location. Maybe they'll do better once settled in new location

All calls are returned in the order they where received, MALS calls you back by using a private number instead of using the office phone number, they always leave a voicemail for me, I never have spoken to a real person. Honestly I can't say whether or not I recommend this company/organization/employer, because I haven't received any kind of services from them. I will say this for this to be a legal service I am really disappointed. They never tell you on the phone recording what real office hours are everyday with or without COVID 19.

It's no reason to waste your time. No one ever answers. There's another number that also tells u that u cant leave a message so there is no such thing as free legal help here in Memphis....this is no joke
