I love my kids doctor but I do not like how I can never get them to answer the phone especially as a first time mom.. you would think it would be easier to reach them due to everybody being home and connecting virtually but no.. not sure if I am considering switching yet

My kids loved that drs office

Love it here my oldest son has gone here for 8 years and my baby since he was born.. they always make sure you get in when you need to, they take great care of my kids, Dr. Giger is great even if we have to see a different one I have yet in all these year to meet one of their doctors that i did not like.

The doctors here are awesome!! Dr. Mefford is my kids' pediatrician! They love her!! All the employees are kind and caring!

Every time I call to make an appointment, the person that answers is rude or talking/eating in the background. They don't speak or have any customer service skills. Today I spoke with Alexis, and thanks to her I will be taking my kids to another doctor's office.

If I can give it a negative I would. Really don't deserve no stars. I called up here because I'm expecting and operators kept putting me on hold and ganfinh up. Dint even get to leave a voicemail or nothing. Definitely wouldnt recommend them.

The doctors are sweet but the staff has caused me to take my child elsewhere. I have been contacting them for several weeks to get a Saturday appt and i have gotten the run around. At this point I am annoyed and my child will no longer be a patient at this chaotic office.

They drop you after so many miss appointment I'm guessing through the year and not knowing or try to get to know your situation.And not just from one location but all the location.Very disappointing now I have to take my sick child some where different.
