Men's Wearhouse and Tux

Ordered a rental suit for a wedding. I did my sizing and ordered it online to be picked up at this location. Once I arrived, Tiara greeted me with such professionalism! I tried the suit that I ordered and Tiara was so helpful. The suit pants ended up being too short so Tiara quickly arranged a reorder and pick up in a different location closer to the wedding venue which was a couple of hours drive from Baltimore. Even though I didn’t take the suit with me, she took the time to explain the fit and gave me detailed instructions. Thank you so much!

Just got fitted for a tux for my daughters wedding. Very positive experience, great customer service. I wasn't looking forward to the fitting, but it was painless. I must add on to my post. When I went back to pickup my tux, the vest was the wrong size, and color,as was the bowtie. Hopefully they can correct their mistake. The wedding is in two days.

Fantastic service. I was in town for a wedding I was best man for in Baltimore, and I had to bring my jacket in because it was too tight. The staff were great, they remeasured me to get the correct measurements, ordered the jacket and had it shipped in the very next day, in time for me to pick it up for the wedding that afternoon. The jacket fit great and it looked great. I was very pleased with their customer service at the store.

Absolutely AWESOME. Spent 4 hours at Tuxedo zone/crystals in the city while they argued with me. Came here and the associate Kay immediately was able to see the vision of the style I was going for, and even helped to make it more attainable without spending an arm and leg. They listened and worked with me, and were absolutely a JOY to be around. Very personable service and excellent selection for an affordable price. Thank you!!

Wonderful customer service! Last weekend was my brother-in-law’s wedding in Baltimore and my husband was the best man. We are from out of town and realized a few hours before the ceremony that my husband forgot his plum vest! I called this Men’s Warehouse and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you for contributing to making my in-law’s day perfect, and for minimizing our stress in the process! Your effort was greatly appreciated.

Terrible service. Nothing for my rental was correct, told to come back the next day for full replacement tux, nothing had arrived as promised, offered me the solution of driving one hour away from the wedding location to attempt third pickup to "resolve the issue." Gave me a whopping 20$ off for my five trips to their store. What a joke. Glad I get to sit and wait for their third attempt instead of enjoying that hotel room that I rented. Then again, east point mall is like a tropical vacation itself...so I win??

Just rented a tux for my son’s prom this Saturday, the service was wonderful. Both ladies were very helpful, wish I knew their names so they would be recognized. Went to the Whitemarsh Men’s Warehouse over the weekend, was very frustrating. Happy I decided to visit this store in Eastpoint.

I've rented from this store twice and every time it has been great. The staff is so kinda and helpful. They always take interest in you as a person. Plus the staff isn't pushy with products. If you don't wanna pay a lot, they'll help keep you clear from the expensive stuff. I continue to go to this place for as long as I can.

Ilicia and Kay were absolutely amazing and such a help. They were both extremely accommodating and fun throughout my fitting and suit pick up. Although the location isn’t the best spot I would still go back and would recommend people to do their business there simply because to how amazing Ilicia and Kay were to me.

I went into men’s wearhouse at eastpoint for my kids prom. I am a first time prom mom and when I tell you Illicia hooked us up! She was from start to finish hands on with our vision. She didn’t even have to ask his sizing she literally took my kid and sized him by looking at him. I will say I thought because this was a smaller store that I would be shooting myself in my foot, but even in this little space they will put together an amazing look!!! I was referred by a family friend who had a bad experience at another location and told to come out eastpoint and ask specifically for her because she knows her stuff, but everybody in that store was just as helpful. This is my new Go to for any events I have coming up I def will be back
