Kind of busy, but I did come on a Sunday afternoon. They have a sign in sheet and appear to be good with working their way through it. Nice place. Edit a week later: staff was friendly and helpful, was in and out after fitting. The sizing tux shirt that I tried on did smell a little of body odor, but maybe it was just a very nervous groom from earlier in the day? Otherwise, no complaints!
The manager at the time I visited was great. Went on short notice. He was honest about what he could and could not do for me. No hard sell at all. I left with nothing, yet a better knowledge of what I needed and how to get it within their company. Sizes I needed and general pricing.
We came in for information and wanted to look at the little bit of merchandise they had. When we said we wanted to look the staff immediately snapped at us that they don't sell from this location, rentals only. That's fine and we appreciate the information but their way of speaking with us was unwelcoming and unprofessional. We were considering renting suits or tuxs for our upcoming wedding but we will not come back to this location.
Went here and paid almost $100 for a vest with a $20 for a rushing fee and was told I was gonna get called 2 days before the event. After no called I had to call and ask for my vests the day of the event and the vest was missing a button. So in all I paid an extra $20 for nothing and received a damaged vest.
Staff very disrespectful. Left my Cologne in a bag knew it was there and staff told me it wasn't. Now me and my mom both where clear about putting it there. I called a hour right after I left it to retrieve it and was told that all bag where search and no Cologne was left in bag. Now I'm a very organized individual so I know where I place my items so good luck to those broke worker who take things that don't belong to them.
I’m getting my wedding party tuxedo from her on Cottman ave and we been dealing with them for a little over two months now and they are the slowest people every you stand there for hours is what it feel like before anybody say anything to you no one says hello good day nothing this will be my last time dealing with them I would not recommend them customer service SUCKS here...and they cost way to much to just rent a tuxedo
This place and Reps are AWESOME!! I visited quite a few places in the area and experience was horrible .... LUIS is awesome at Men's wear house and tux he assisted my son that is getting ready for Prom 2018 with his tux rental shoes etc. Definitely Would highly recommend your store .
Great place to get tuxedo for wedding and everything els ..I came with my friends to get fitted in are tuxedos it was my friend SLEEP wedding ..all of us had fun in this store getting fitted fun time when with them friends staff was great helpful and nice ...I recommend this place to anyone!! Great place great service and tuxedos will dress you up !!! Congrats to sleep !!!
Jonathan is very nice and so is Gabby. They are very pleasent people. We had a good experience. Upcoming wedding very organized store.
Louis Brunson, Assistant Manager II, is the best! He was knowledgeable, funny and very professional. I think "Lou 2", as we affectionately called him, is ready to be manager! I've been to your store several times and this was, by far, the best experience that I've had! As long as Lou 2 is there, I will always come back!
