Great experience for me here. I needed a whole weekends worth of business casual clothes including flying with bosses clothes and I was not disappointed by the products or the staff. David took care of me from head to toe and helped pick out all of it and corrected some of my ideas for the better. I am looking forward to looking like a grown up with clothes that fit me properly at my conference in Texas. I will go back when I need more nice clothes for sure. Ask for David if you want honest and good help.
The assistant manager at this location is great! He went above and beyond for my two boys for their homecoming a few months ago. Then Friday I came in with my husband and he went above and beyond, again! Appreciate people who like their jobs, it shows when they are interacting with customers!
I went to men's wearhouse to get a suit for a upcoming graduation. I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided at this very location, the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond what I was expecting. The whole experience was great all my questions and concerns where address in a professional manner. Will definitely be a returning customer.
After reading some of the other reviews I can see the neglectful treatment I received was not a fluke. I was in the store for 15 mins trying to navigate my way around to find a suit for a wedding and I was never greeted, or acknowledged. It seemed like the staff did their best to even avoid eye contact. At one point hoding a pair of pants in my hands one staff member walked around me to help someone else that just walked in with a suit in a bag. I really wanted to support a brick and mortar store and avoid using the internet to get my suit, but if I'm going to be ignored I might as well just get my suit online. Whatever the case I will not be buying it from Men's Warehouse.
We rented vests at this store for our wedding. What a mess. The had no clue what they were doing. We went to pick them up and they had them all mixed up. It took forever to find all of them. No one is trained. They told us we were all paid. Gave us the receipt, then when we took them back we were told one of them wasn’t paid for. The staff have no idea what they are doing. I’ll never rent anything from them again. Weddings are stressful and they just added more stress. I don’t recommend this store at all.
I neeed a suit that day for a funeral. They found one that fit very quickly. It was expensive but already marked down once. They marked it down again to 120$. It took about ten mins before it was hemmed and I was out the door. Always amazing when I'm helped by professionals that go above and beyond.
Came in there tonight the assistant manager helped us out so much. He went above and beyond. Not to mention he was Hilarious. I came out looking like I was ready for a Christmas party... lol Thank you so much!
The Salespeople Very Warm and Helpful. They Treat you Nicely and With Respect Always With a Warm Greeting.
I have purchased suits for 20 years at Men's Warehouse - translating into over 50 suits in that time. I have always had a great experience, yet, over the past few years the service at the Men's Warehouse store in Clackamas, OR has significantly deteriorated. I went to this store today to purchase 4 new custom made suits and it was the poorest of my experiences with Men's Warehouse. The store was disorganized, cluttered, understaffed, and when we did receive assistance, the associate could not recall our prior discussions and what we were looking for. She was polite but so overwhelmed, demonstrating an inability to listen, serve, and assist. This was apparent with other employees as we walked into the store. In addition, I was disappointed to see the attire of the store employees - everyone was wearing jeans, sweatshirts, and tennis shoes. How disappointing and unprofessional, an irony for a company that has built a their reputation on selling professionalism. We entered the store and were not greeted nor welcomed. We struggled to find someone to assist us. We pulled our own swatches to identify for the suits we wanted to buy and still could not find someone. About 30-minutes later, my wife found an employee and she could not assist and told us it would be another 20-minutes or more but someone would come. We left after being in the store for over an hour without any help. We were not able to even purchase new suits today. At about $800 per 50 suits purchased in the prior 20-years $40k, I will no longer be shopping at Men's Warehouse. Ultimately, my wife and I are beyond disappointed with the declining service and culture/climate - we will direct our $'s to a different company to purchase my suits moving forward.
Walked around waiting for help. All i needed was accessories for my sisters wedding and to be informed about materials fits , you know normal stuff when you pay 55 dollars for a bow tie ... but i guess that was asking to much. First guy kid approached me, i asked what he knew about suspenders / bowties. I got an " uhhhh nothing really, bur it cant be to hard ". Granted i get it every one has to start some where. Its just very awkward experience. The when i asked if he there was someone who does he disappeared to grab someone and never returned. I walked up to the register to see if i could get some help with the bow ties and where the actual tieing ones where i was told there just mixed in as he pointed to a corner of the store. Granted this isnt bad thing but its just like this is supposed to be a high end store ? Why such a low end experience ? Idk def a weird vibe
