Jayni.... That's your person if you need anything from Mens Warehouse. Excellent style taste and honest opinion. She's a 3rd generation men's clothing designer and she take pride in hearing about what you want in style. Just trust her.. She'll even show you how to fold a handkerchief!
Amazing service. We need to have a quick remeasurement for our wedding after a long time delay. The store have a huge option for casual Friday to 3 pieces suit. Anyone that need to rent a suit need to check this place out.
Got multiple of the groomsmen’s sizes wrong for shirts and pantsthe shirts were too big and the pants looked like high waters. I also switched the tie color months before the wedding and one of the groomsmen still got the old tie color the day before the wedding. Will not be using them again for any event I have.
We went into get a suit for our son and Jayni helped us. She was so knowledgeable and great to work with. She went above and beyond for us, we will definitely be going back to visit her!
Didnt have the best experience at this location. Arrived later in the day and was helped by someone we discovered later, was almost done w her shift. This became evident when she didn’t have the correct size suit jacket we needed she gave us a big one “just to get you thru the wedding” instead of finding the correct one at the Mesa Riverview Location. When we got it home and tried it on it was a ridiculous fit. We went to The Mesa location and they were MORE than helpful. They not only took their time with us and listened to exactly what we wanted, didn’t rush us out of the store even tho they were incredibly busy, they actually found the jacket that fit like a glove and apologized profusely for the experience we had at the Ahwatukee location. Way to go Mesa Riverview. Ahwatukee you can learn something from them!!
Best service around, Period!!!! Chad is the best help there along with Charlie. I've been going here since it opened. I highly recmmend This Men's Wearhouse. High quality and in fashion clothing with stellar pricing and service.
If I could give zero stars, I would have. Came into Mens Warehouse to get a suit with my fiancé for our upcoming wedding and the service here was horrible. The guy who came up was not helpful and treated us like we weren’t worth his time. He then proceeded to complain to another worker that “he was told what to do” I do not recommend coming here.
Horrible experience with this company. Bought a plain black Kenneth Cole suit just over a year ago for a wedding. Paid around $600 + another $100 or so to have tailored, which I thought was excessive. Only wore the suit a total of 4 times, the seat of the pants just split apart, not even on the seam, but the actual fabric itself. They won't do anything to help out. Too bad, so sad. Will never shop there again and will avoid Kenneth Cole products as they clearly suck.
My fiancé and I went in to shop for a suit for our wedding. Gracie was absolutely amazing! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience stress free. Very happy with the experience!
Never thought I would have a “suit emergency” but I did. Walked in, and was helped by Renee. She knocked it out of the park in record time. I am very, very happy with her and this store.
