This location, and specifically Denise, was an absolute Godsend. I made an appointment approximately 3 weeks in advance as I am the Best Woman in my BFF's wedding and he needed a suit. The day before the appointment, Denise called to confirm. That day we were approximately 30 mins late due to the traffic for the new museum do yourself a favor and park at the Reagan Building...it's just easier! and Denise still took care of us the minute we got in. We showed her pics from a Pinterest board of suits and tuxedoes and she immediately located a tux and a suit that the groom liked. I mean within like 5 minutes. And she provided her opinion on the weight of the material and what would look good for a spring wedding, etc. It was invaluable and made the experience a lot less painful. She also guided us through shoes, favors for the groomsmen, etc. My bud went and tried on a tuxedo and we immediately knew that was it. First time out the gate. He then went and tried on a second suit just to be sure, and although it was not chosen for the wedding, he got it anyway for work as he loved the cut. There were sales galore on great shirts extra long in the back, socks and ties. My buddy needed all new ties so it worked out well buy one, get one. Throughout, it all Denise was awesome in supporting to set up the groomsmen portal for their rentals, and showing us what items to get. Denise was a true treasure!!! If you go to this location, be sure to ask for her! It was an awesome experience!!

We made an appointment for our wedding at 1:30. We were rudely informed there was no wedding consultant present. After pressing further the store called the woman and she said she would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting another 60 minutes she never arrived. Store manager was not apologetic and offered no further explanation or assistance. Would absolutely not recommend visiting this location for any wedding needs.

I had an amazing experience with Denise! She is absolutely fantastic. I went in to look for suits for my upcoming wedding and given a few pictures of ideas, Denise knew exactly what I wanted. She pulled a few suits and the very first one was it! I couldn't believe it but I fell in love with the tux immediately! Denise was patient, explained things to us through the process, was able to answer all of our questions, and was just a joy to be helped by. She helped me take advantage of sales that while upped my spend significantly at my choice, was of extremely good value and I am very grateful for her service and for everything that I was able to purchase in the store that day. If you visit, DEFINITELY ask for Denise! I am going to be one fly groom on my wedding day thanks to her!

Given Men's Warehouse's reputation, I had expected to have a good experience with my tux rental from this store, but unfortunately my experience was far from that. After my fitting at this store to set up my rental, I later discovered that they had ordered the wrong size pants for me so I had to call and correct that. Once I picked up my rental a couple days before my event, the associate at the store I was picking up from a different location noticed that my vest size had been wrong as well based on my measurements so she ordered a new one that I would need to pick up the day of my event. The morning of my event, I also discovered that the jacket was much too tight and required me to suck in my chest to button it. I hadn't buttoned it up when picking it up so I didn't realize this until too late to fix it. Overall, I was shocked with how poorly this specific DC location managed my rental given that they managed to mess up my pants, vest, and jacket, and I will certainly think twice about ever using Men's Warehouse in the future.

Friendly staff in a convenient, if cramped location. Tailor typically leaves an hour before closing and turnaround times can be long, so best advised to visit directly after work or on the weekends midday. Despite limited selection, was still able to find unique clearance suit in unusual size. Well done!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Toni. I told her I needed a complete suite and the occasion it was for. She didnt waste anytime and knew exactly what to pick out for me and had wonderful taste. She was respectful and very professional.

HAD AN EXTREMELY EXCRUCIATING EXPERIENCE with this store. I came here and chose a rental suit for my best friend’s wedding party as the best man to the groom. The customer rep that helped was a very sweet young lady and she told us the policies for when to come for alterations and how fast it will be if I needed to alter and everything was nice and well - until I had to pick up my suit on the same day of the wedding and I come to pick up my suit and when I wore the rental suit, it looked like I was wearing my great grandfather’s suit with loose and long pants and big and very loose on everything and I asked them to do alterations and the store reps said they can’t do alterations because it’s a rental suit when I was told differently at the beginning. So they gave me a completely different suit with loose jacket and tight pants. So long story short - don’t get rental suits from here or if you do make sure your suits actually fit you. What a waste of money.

You would think after spending $1k on a couple suits that I’d appreciate the finished product especially since they tailored my suits, but I would be lying if I’d say I was slightly satisfied. The manager, Alex, was very greasy, and I felt nothing more than a hot commission as soon as I walked thru the door. The guy knows nothing about suits, but he said he was the manager. Thankfully, I know what I look good in so I was ok there. The tailoring or lack thereof is what really what set me off. My outseam came undone on my first wear to work and thank god I caught it before anyone else did. Very unimpressed with the whole staff! I’m not going to say that I will avoid Men’s Warehouse all together, but I will not be visiting this location again nor will I recommend business to this store.

Lost my luggage during January 13 snowstorm & needed shirts, underwear, & socks. D Todd took care of me down to the T! No pressure only congenial service to get me in and out. The other staff members also very sympathetic of my plight and were cordial and made me feel much better while I was in the store! YOU CAN’T DO ANY BETTER THAN THE MWH ON 14th ST! Go see them today! Thanks, Todd!

Todd hooked it up. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel like he was just hunting for a commission. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy. Will definitely be back because of him.
