I'm in one of my best friend's wedding party and MW charged me $230 to rent a tux for one night. While getting fit, I made a comment to the clerk about how pricey it was. After I left, he told the bride and groom I was unhappy with the price... Clerk's behavior aside, could someone from Men's Warehouse reading this please explain how the costs associated with renting a tux for 24 hours justify charging that much? P.s. I don't usually go out of my way to write negative reviews, but if the clerk wants to get up in my business it's only fair I return the favor

I don’t even know where to begin with my experience here. I had a 5 rentals booked, one full tux for the groom and 4 other rentals for only a button up shirt and gray pants. Every single one of my rentals came in the wrong size. All of the pants were short. One of my rentals that were given to my father in law was 4x the size he asked for and the pants were 6 inches too short because the man who has worked there for 14 years so he “knows what he’s doing” and doesn’t need to take pants measurements. Every time we asked them to fix it or reimburse us for the wrong items, they would give us an excuse as to why it was off. Our wedding was a destination wedding so we needed to have our items a few days early which was an issue for them because they “don’t control when the deliveries come”. For a company who deals in the wedding industry, I am SEVERELY disappointed with how they handled the situation as well as how they expected us to “make it work.” I will NEVER use men’s wearhouse again for ANY event that I have and I highly recommend to those looking for wedding tux rentals to look elsewhere. Just sad.

Went in on Sunday 2/7 after receiving poor service across the parking lot at Jos A Banks. We were treated completely differently at Men's Wearhouse. Not only was the associate attentive to our needs, he also took great care of the other customers in the store. We ended up buying 2 tuxedos, shirts, shoes and other items. Great service and we'll be back again!

This was our second time visiting this location. We received a very good service the first time we purchased a pair of suit for my husband. I forgot to ask the name of that staff member who helped us, but he helped us find the right fit and it was very nice and smooth transaction. The second time we came back was a different story. We decide to rent a suit for a friend’s wedding this time. When we came in, a heavy set man, asked what we needed ,he took us to the area where they show you available colors of suits for rent. As a wife, of course you wanna make sure your husbands outfit will look suitable to the occasion. I asked him couple of questions and he was a little rigid and unfriendly so i just kept quiet. When we we’re checking out, i asked him again how much is our total, i understand that he has to check it out for us first, but he added some remarks saying that i’m asking him too much question . I responded in silence, and whispered in my head, maybe this guy, thought we can’t afford to pay for what we’re renting. And maybe because we’re asian and can’t communicate well. I don’t really do a lot of reviews but, i don’t think a customer should be treated like that.

Wedding day was 09Oct2021. Service at this was ok. One groomsman had an issue of an employee not want recheck measurements after putting on a few pounds. All the other groomsman were remeasured a couple of weeks before the wedding. The grooms vest ended up being noticeably to large. One groomsman shirt and jacket was too small. One had his pants leg hemed improperly and ended up ripping the threads so that it looked even. In short for my wedding day, I did not love how we looked.

This Men's Wearhouse location is the BEST! Benjamin and David are both excellent at their jobs and very pleasant to work with. Going to a menswear store can be an overwhelming and frustrating process. The staff at this location, however, truly treat you like family and make every visit an enjoyable one. I went in without much knowledge of suits and they took time to answer all my questions and helped me to find the perfect fitting suit. They also informed me of all available sales and went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't pay a dollar more than I needed to. Even though I live close to another Men's Wearhouse location in town, I have made it a point to get all my menswear needs taken care of at this location because of the superior customer service. I'd highly recommend going here if you need any formal menswear!

My wife and I received excellent service from this Men's Wearhouse location. They politely answered our questions about our wedding reservations and, on the day before our event, they were able to quickly and effectively help me with a few minor issues with my rental. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a suit or a tux.

Always great service, and have always found what I needed at a good price. Plenty of sales always happening too!

Good service. Decent quality. Some minor issues with fit but overall very satisfied.

I love bringing my sons in to get men dress clothes.
