We go to Men's Wearhouse, Town Center, VB over 2 weeks ago. We pick out & buy a suit & a shirt for my husband for his son's wedding. Plenty of time before the event. We wait patiently for 2 1/2 weeks for the suit & shirt to be tailored. We go in to pick it up. First they can't find the shirt. Then my husband puts the pants on & they aren't even hemmed!!! They are not hemmed. They are pressed. How could a tailor not realize the pants are not hemmed?? How does this happen when the suit was sent out for tailoring? They give my husband shoes to put on to measure the pants again. The person measuring him walks away, so here I go searching the store for him. Nice suit & shirt but would not recommend this store for their care of customer service. But I guess I shouldn't be surprised, not many give good customer service anymore.
We came in wearing jeans. watched the employees cater to serveral customers dressed 'fancier' than us while ignoring us. We found the clothes we wanted, at this point all the employees were socializing or actively trying to ignore us. When we finally got someone to ring us up, they asked if we were renting. We still ended up making the purchase as the clothing fits my partner well at is very flattering and of course high quality. Very disappointing experience.
I was looking for a new suit recently for an upcoming event. I came to this location just to look around and get some updated measurements. The selection was very diverse and I felt like it fit my needs well. However, the service I received was a bit of a let-down. The entire time I interacted with the salesman, I felt like I was intruding on what he was doing for other customers. None of the other salespeople approached me to see if I needed assistance either I was in the store for about 40 minutes. Overall, I just felt kind of unimportant and small. Even if I’m not currently a paying customer, I’m in the store to see about a future purchase. I’m a bit hesitant to return despite the great selection based on my experience with the salespeople inside.
Do not rent your wedding tuxedos from them!!! Every single one of my groomsmen had issues. Not one of their tuxedos was in the correct sizing!! Some were too short and some were too big! Completely ruined my wedding day pictures! Thanks for nothing!
I’ve never purchased a suit before so I went down to the Town Center location to do some window shopping. The gentleman inside was so patient and informative with my son and I while explaining how suits are out together and the different time frame involved. Long story short, you are not walking in and walking out with a suit tailored to you same day. Lesson learned lol. I look forward to shopping there as it was a very nice friendly and professional environment.
The new managers at the store are amazing. My little brother's tux got canceled inorrectly by one of the call center support. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but the female manager was able to help me make sure we'll have it in time for my wedding. She was even good enough to catch that my little brother's suit jacket was misproportioned and corrected the measurements for us.
Terrible service, went there on a Monday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. the staff acted like we were inconveniencing their conversations. Nothing in stock and they want to charge 30 extra dollars to get it brought to the store then they can't have it altered within 3 weeks I won't be back which is sad we have been lifelong customers.
My husband and I walked in to the VB location today, and although some staff were very nice, the manager was awful. I walked up to the register and asked if someone could help us, and he said the staff is extremely busy and I would have to wait. No problem, I understood and was willing to wait, so I asked him which ones were staff. They had no name tags so I couldn't tell who they were. He got nasty so I said thank you and we started to walk out. He says..I could have done without the attitude....really?! I said yeah me as well. Save time and don't go to this location. You may spend a little more elsewhere but the service makes up for it.
Great service at this Men’s Warehouse location. My dad always shops here for his button ups because they always seem to have a sale. Today, we went in to exchange an item that was a different size that he needed. Jake helped us a long the way answering any questions that we had suggested. He even told us about to deals that were going on. Quick and fast service. I know my dad will be back.
My husband got his custom tux from this location and the final product was amazing, however we had 4 different alteration appointments just to get him a good enough tux that he was paying a lot of money for I might add. Since our wedding was in May this shop liked to tell us that it was so busy for prom with rentals that that’s why things were falling short and measurements were completely off. First off, a prom rental is not anywhere near a tux someone is buying for their wedding. You would think more care would be put into something that costs more and also is something someone will own for the rest of their life. Second, getting measurements wrong is another thing. The service is horrible here too, trying to get someone to help you can take almost an hour depending on the day and they just walk by over and over until you say something to them. There is no system to who is seen when. On our third time coming in one of the guys told my husband his pants fit great and when he put on a shoe it was completely bunched at the bottom. At the end of the day everything was fixed but we had to stay on top of them about every little thing and go back more times than a couple for them to get it right. Also we got all of our groomsmen rentals from here and two of the bags were missing shoes and one missing cufflinks. So check your bags before you leave the shop.
