Horrible customer service! No one tried to help with our appointment at all we had the groom and a groomsman with us and he threw a tablet at us said put some info in here and handed us one sample color and stood there!!! Did not try to offer any thing extra… we have nothing picked out for our groomsmen or groom to wear and they could have cared less!!! We did end up picking out a color but the only reason was cause we helped ourselves! For a chain I guess I expected a little more! Being a chain is the only reason you got our business… it’s convenient for a wedding party spread across the country!!! Not impressed at all!!! Don’t mind the dirty samples it’s all they had to offer!!!
I needed to buy a suit for a couple of events coming up and I called and talked to the girls at the store and made sure they had my size before I went up to Wichita From Oklahoma, it’s a bit of a drive. I’m a big guy and I’ve gained a few pounds since retirement about a year ago so my old suit wouldn’t fit. The staff was very courteous and found me a suit on the clearance rack that was actually my size which was very very lucky. I bought the suit I bought a shirt and a new tie and they hemmed the pants for me pressed the shirt and got everything ready to wear. Thank you so much!!!!
Don’t order a rental unless you have a years time. They collect no information, provide no updates, get orders wrong, and are so unprofessional they’ll text you through third parties instead of calling you themselves. Thanks for the shrug. Manager blamed it on previous employees, but I had ordered it through the manager. Can't wait to see the response how I was in the wrong on this. Edit: corporate responded, told me my suit would be here yesterday. Still no contact from store or corporate. Sensational
Got my 4 year old fitted for my wedding-- it took about an hour and a half. They were just not very experienced in measuring a child and it was just overall chaotic.
wow I'm incredibly disappointed. You changed your policy after we paid our deposit and won't order our suits until it's paid in full. You didn't contact any of us to let us know. So would I and my groomsmen have just been left without a suit if I hadn't contacted you. When we got fitted they told us we would just have to pay a deposit and pay when we pick up. Also we overpaid and now apparently will be getting a refund?
Used the rental services for my wedding and got suit 2 days before wedding, was told tailor wasn't in had to come back next day. Nerve wracking waiting for next day alterations since it was not stitched together just flopping sleeves and such. Person answering phone doesn't know computer system you have to call back "later" when someone else can help. Definitely won't go back, not worth it for a special occasion.
Got fitted for my daughter's wedding. Very nice young lady helped me out and it only took 15 minutes. Grabbed a great shirt on the way out off the sales rack which totaled out at $10. Great stuff!
Worst experience ever. Will never go back. Spent almost $1000.00 on suit & shoes. Feel like I got $2 worth of service. Had to re-order multiple times. The "Taylor" was horrible. They would call that items arrived only to make the drive up and find out nothing was there. Had to pay for alterations twice even though we were told if they had to be altered again there was no charge. We are done! Would not recommend!!!!!
My husband and I came in to get his suit altered last week but it did not fit him and the gentleman who helped us was amazing and patient. He offered another solution that worked out for us.I enjoy this coming to this location when we are on the west side of town. Shout out to Matt!
Very unprofessional. When I went in the first time the young kid treated me like I wasn’t good enough to be there. He never tried to up-sale or give me options. He didn’t make eye contact in fact looked over my head. I had to ask him to engage in what I was there for. He was more worried about what was going on at the front of the store than what I was needing. I went in there to purchase a suit and had never done it before, so I had several questions. He acted like it was a complete bother to him. When we went back to get measured for the suit when it came in we were treated like we were a bother again. Terrible Terrible experience and will not go back!
