The store sales staff on Monday April 22nd of the year of our lord, 2024, SUCK. Like a vacuum. No decent customer service at all. Be WARNED... the staff at this location WILL let you know that they are ONLY there for the paycheck.
We went into the store to get a suit. The guy who was there barely paid us any attention he seemed to be in a bad mood. We told him what we wanted he pulled out suits he would put on himself they were a mess. I asked to speak to the young lady who I worked with the day before he said she wasn't at work I asked when will she be back he said tomorrow I asked what time he said he couldn't tell me so I asked will she be here in the morning or afternoon he just gave me a bad look. I walk out of the store and will never be back. Customer service goes along way my money spends anywhere. I will not be doing business with Mens Wearhouse ever!
I had such a terrible experience at this store. The customer service was abysmal - the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance in finding a specific item, I was brushed off and made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The clothing selection was also very disappointing. On top of that, the prices were incredibly high for the lackluster products they were selling. I will never be returning to this store and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well.
Didn't exactly have what I was looking for but I received exceptional customer service. Jamiah was very helpful in assisting with what I was looking for. Would come back again.
Horrible service, extremely over priced. Go anywhere but mens warehouse on the westbank.
My daughter forgot to pick her suit up from the dry cleaners on Friday. They’re closed on the weekends and she needed it for a wedding Sunday evening. We went to the Men’s Warehouse and found a great suit that needed alterations no later than 5:00 PM. The sales associate put a rush on it and we were able to pick it up and get to the wedding on time!
Went basically too late for Mardi Gras shopping, not much to choose from
This place should have a 5 star rating period. Not sure what’s up with that? Went for a fitting and also purchased a few things. Tia is absolutely fantastic, some people have a gift for amazing customer service and just make the experience great. She made it happen all while training someone, helping me and another customer at the same time and just being genuinely delightful the entire time. I will definitely be returning
Not really sure what happened to Men’s Wearhouse. I spent over $500 on a new suit. I was told I needed to come back for it to be fitted for alterations. So I call and find out when a seamstress will be there. When I show up and get measured I am told there is additional charge for alterations. No one had told me they were now charging for alterations. NOPE!! Not doing it. I returned the suit and went to Tuxedos to Geaux in Metairie. The people were great, they had great selection and not only do they not charge for alterations, they offer free LIFETIME Alterations. They were also a lot less expensive then Men’s Wearhouse and the fabric felt like it was a higher quality. I have always gone to Men’s Wearhouse but not anymore. Tuxedos to Geaux is definitely a better value.
I thought Men's Wearhouse was supposed to be classy. The experience I had was far from that. The associate I spoke to was dismissive, didn't know the difference between a French cuff shirt with turndown collar and a clean tuxedo bib with wing collar, and was yelling across the store instructions to another associate on how to checkout a customer after she "helped" me. On a positive note, the store was clean and organized nicely.
