Accessible and well stocked Menards location with very friendly staff. Highly recommend will visit again
This location needs a major overhaul with upgrades for a hardware store. Make this establishment the way a hardware store should be. The store layout needs a major change. Please make the isles wider including near the registers. You can barely get through there if you have large items big or wide, heavy etc. Move the items that are placed near the registers to a different spot its too narrow to have all that there. Also it's best to restock at closing or keep up with it if things get a little low during store hours. And if your guys are moving things around do it at night time when the store has no customers that way you can get the job done no hassle no drama it will work efficiently. Isles were blocked with something in the way or had pallets and boxes in the way. Kind of a safety issue. You don't want customers tripping over something ,bumping or accidentally knocking over and damaging merchandise. Also make it easy to navigate to the outdoor area. This establishment will look good when done right. I use to work retail so i know how it is sometimes.. but i just gotta say i love menards it's my favorite place to go to for a hardware store. I never had any problems looking for stuff or had a issue with workers it's just this establishment just needs a overhaul thats it.
I have shopped at this Meanrds location for years, ordering thousands of dollars of lumber. The only request I have had over the years is to have that lumber delivered on a pallet so I am able to move it with my pallet jack at home. Countless times the lumber was delivered on spacers with no pallet. I only called to complain a few times, but when I did I was met with "too bad, the guys aren't used to putting deliveries on pallets." Then, earlier this year I had another pallet issue and complained. A manager told me I needed to start paying a $10 pallet handling fee to ensure my orders were delivered on pallets. That fee spontaneously changed to $50 and I didn't notice and wasn't told. I paid $50 at least a few times before I noticed it on my most recent delivery order. The sad thing is, even paying $50 I had to send at least 2 deliveries back for pallets. I dont know if it is the lack in quality of their employees or the people training them, but it can't be that hard to put a large delivery of lumber on a pallet. I will no longer be shopping this Menards.
The cashier, Ryan, was super pleasant. Only spent about 15 seconds with him, but the kindness he gave is what made me want to right this review.
A great little secret menards. Not busy at all during the day easy N easy out and found a large selection of parts I made versus the bigger menards.
I love that there’s always someone to help you, but when it comes to tools and hardware for the job “think of this place as the dollar tree of tools“, even harbor freight has better tools to get the job done, This is definitely not the place. The second floor is not accessible to the handicap or disabled people and the stairwell feels like it will collapse when you’re walking up or down them.
Looking for carpet for side entry space, Bob helped tremendously by helping us pick what we needed and getting it cut to the length we needed!
This location needs to be upgraded. The outside "warehouses" are dirty. The products are dirty. The quantities are incorrect. Service is substandard. Would you install this siding on your home? See photo I had to drive back around to the service desk. Get a refund. Then go to the back of the store to purchase different clean siding.
Placed an order online for in store pickup. When I tried to cancel they told me I couldn’t because the order showed I had already picked up the item… which was not true. Stole my money
Great place for your local DIY'er to get all their home improvement needs. Custom cabinets are now becoming a specialty as well.
