Mendoza Podiatry

Dr. Mendoza is very thorough and kind, she is discriptive and doesn't rush through appointments. I wish I could rate her office staff separately. They are rude. I live 2 hours away from their office, so I have called several times with questions, and more than half of the time, I end up on the phone with staff that should never been anywhere near a phone. One person in particular, is named Jordan. She is incredibly condescending, patronizing, and flat out rude. Even when asking to speak to someone else, she says "I am the only one to answer these questions". If I could rate staff separate, they would receive 2 ☆. I'm a manager, and I would never allow her mouth to open when a call comes through.

I referee school sports and her regimine for my plantar fasciitis worked great. Plus, she fixed my mom's bunion!

Very great bedside manner. Very easy to talk with about problems. Understanding and compassionate. I'd recommend to my family. Staff is nice as well. You can tell this is a happy office.
