Had my tesla model 3 service here. They were fast and kept me updated. Looks brand new.Service: Body & Trim

Came in for an estimate on damage to my bumper. They broke my spoiler on the trunk, not the bumper in 3 places, and didn't say anything about it. When confronted, they gave me some made up response about how they needed to see what color the paint was under the spoiler and refused to make it right.

I had my car repaired at the Mercedes Benz Collision Center. I brought it to them for an estimate. The gentleman that they assigned to my car was very thorough. He took pictures and gave me a written estimate for my vehicle. He was very professional and assured me the damage wasn't as bad as I thought. A few weeks later I brought the car to them so the repairs could be done. Bonnie, the lady at the front desk, was so nice. She said it would take 5 to 7 working days to complete the job. She said I would receive updates twice a week. She also said if any additional damage was found once they started I would be notified. She was true to her word and I received updates on the days she said I would. In addition, there was additional damage that could not be seen during the original estimate. They contacted my insurance company and got approval to do the additional repair. Bonnie then contacted me to keep me up to date on the progress. It did take a little longer than the 7 days but my car was repaired to showroom condition. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very professional. I am extremely pleased with the repair to my car and the Mercedes Collision Center.

As a result of hurricane the wait times for insurance claimed vehicles is extensive. That said our vehicle took moderate damage and they offered a reasonable assessment and the turn around was quick. The communication wasn't great and the people working up front have a bit of attitude/ sense of being inconvenienced but overall a decent experience as such things go

I brought my tesla here and they fixed it quickly once parts arrived for minor model 3 damage. please note for me it took about 1 week for them to diagnose car upon drop off, and then 3-4 days for tesla parts, then 3-4 days for repairService: Body & Trim

Took 3 weeks to fix my car but when you want the best you go to the best! Received weekly updates! Friendly service! And a Awesome job! Car was detailed inside out! Happy Customer!!

I had a good experience with this dealership. Austin was a great salesman and Will R was a super helpful finance Manager.

Good service and communication. I was kept up to date on all events concerning my vehicle. Work was completed as fast as could be expected.
