My favorite coffee shop currently. The ambiance is so cozy and chic you should be in a good mood as soon as you walk in. Servers here are very friendly and professional. I love that they serve illy coffee. I also love that they make handcrafted truffles, these are delectable treats for every occasion. The tahitian vanilla ice cream is so delicious.

Beautiful cafe with friendly helpful staff and a cool breakfast too. Freshly baked French croissants daily. All food fresh made from scratch. Italian Illy coffee, expresso, drip and cold brew Illy coffee. --- Enjoy :

We had breakfast simple , plus an apple cinnamon crepes and a good coffee. Restaurant is nice the people and service too.

Absolutely in love with the chocolate croissant! This place has a very clean, modern and cool vibe. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food is amazing. Everything tastes so fresh. The croissant was the most flakey and crispy pastry. Soooo good. If you’re in the area I highly recommend Merchant!

Stopped by before hitting the road back to Dallas for a quick bite. Wasn't a long wait, staff was friendly. I came here specifically for the crepe and it was good .

I think I found my new fave breakfast place! We ordered a Turkey and Fig Almond Flour Crepe, Fig-ama-jig Croissant Sandwich, Green Tea Matcha Latte, Dirty Chai, Almond Croissant, and 2 bon bons to go Pecan Pie and Honey Lavender. Everything tasted AMAZING! The fig jam is the perfect sweetness to go with the goat cheese in both meals. I loved the dressing on the greens that came on the side. The dirty chai tasted almost like a pumpkin spice latte Almond croissant had the perfect amount of filling and was not too sweet. You must try the chocolates! They were $2.50 each for a bite size but a good chocolate fix. Definitely going back for more everything!

I highly recommend this place for breakfast. The croissant sandwiches are amazing. Always fresh and just the right size. Lots of espresso drink options that are great tasting and suitable portion sizes. The staff is consistently friendly and puts the customer first—a hidden gem in the Houston area.

Scrumptious food and great interior design. Very clean, modern, and has good vibes. Cappuccino was frothy and delicious and the savory crepes were a delight. Definitely a repeat location for me!

My mother wanted coffee not starbucks In a Sunday afternoon today it was hard to find in the galleria area kolache factory closed at 2pm and the nearest dine-in was Merchant! We are amazed! Pumpkin chai latte, aromatic americano, Nutella banana and strawberry crepe and ahhhhh the Buen Giorno croissant! This is by far my favorite place I will come here often and I just had to leave a review ! Please come here. The personal here are genuine and gave me the idea of pumpkin to the laté perfect for the month and weather!
