I must say getting a credit card machine was very scary but they have walked me through the whole process. They actually respond very quickly to problems and answer all your questions. Lydia rocks! She has went above and beyond getting me set up and keeping me up to date on all the technology over the past three years.
Fantastic company!! We have done business with them for over twelve years and are so pleased. We've never had any of the major issues you hear about and the handful of times we have had questions they are very quick to get back to you with an answer. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend!!
I use MPS services for my business Twelfth Designs. It is great to have something mobile that I can use at my vendor events. The equipment is easy to use and I love that it doesn't charge any monthly fees. The staff is super helpful and I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs to process credit cards!
