They are a first come first serve receiver. Start letting trucks in at 6am. Looks like a cluster but they are actually pretty quick with getting you in and in a dock. Window employee was very nice. No guard to check back of trailer so once your empty, slap the doors shut and roll. There is a Loves with an Arbys in it located 3 miles north of them just off I-65. If you want to park (highly advised) at the receiver prior to your appt you can park alongside the road that runs in front of their facility. If you show up at 5am like I did 😣 there will be 20 or more trucks waiting in line to get in. So show up the night before if you can. Hope all this helps!

I don't know where to start to say...drove on new years day to make delivery on time. . arrived one day earlier, I was refused, so came back next day morning..no procedures, no lines to wait. .a lots of trucks ..but any truck couldn't get out.. because unloading very slow. .finally, I got to the dock, but the trailer was still on the dock. went back to receiving several times to get other dock, receiving was so rud and unresponsive. Other trucks who was behind me got the dock while I was waiting, when I asked them get the dock lastly, receiving said take all products back. ..wow...I was shocked. . So called to shipper and left. after a few minutes I left them, they called to shipper that they needed it..it's only 3 pallets. . so, came back here again, but I am still waiting. They didn't even starting unloading now... to deliver for 3 pallets, came here third time and waited 6 hours. ..but I am still waiting to be unloaded. ...wow...how does this company cycle. .and operating. ..

They need a minus button for the rating stars. Have been here for over 2 hours waiting for a door. More dry trucks ahead of me. Very very slow. If you have a morning appointment bring your lunch you will need it!!! Well 5 hours and 15 minutes after my appointment time they finally started pulling the product off.

Great place to go if you like wasting over 6 hours for them to lump 6 pallets. Being an African-American might help. Even then I highly doubt it. Probably be the wrong shade or some ¢rap like that. This $hit#ole & the Piggly Wiggly in Bessemer must be owned by the same people. If it doesn't pay more for the hassle. Then please don't haul it. Especially if you're running an ELD. Work smarter, not harder...

It wasn't the best place to unload. A little small and unorganized at check-in.
