i asked if they deliver and she said yes so i gave her my address and i asked for a box of pastas and she said "we don't deliver that" and hung up right away so i called back to say that i would order something else so they can deliver and every time i would say hello she would hang up. so rude.

Nice flower selection. Always fresh.

Total scam. They will put random price tags and then charge you other amounts. When you ask for explanations they have none...but if course you still pay the wrong price.

The worst service ever, I was there earlier this morning where I couldn't get ice for my icedcoffe. Staff is the most unfriendly ever, even though I leave them tip a dollar or two. Never again. Bad service

They make make a great sandwich at a reasonable price. One of the few classic NYC delis still.left in the neighborhood. And quite an attractive flower selection to brighten up your windowless Manhattan apartment.

Great service, good food. Always there in the morning! They do sometimes try overcharge your order though. Edit : I have not been overcharged since writing this post and continue to go there on an almost daily basis for breakfast

Their food is very good. The attention is friendly and cordial day or night. Coffee is excellent and affordable. It is a real NY amazing store .

Store is clean and well stock. Short order cook is excellent. But the cashier in the morning is rude. I had to wait over 12 minutes before she took my order. She was on the phone. Very rude. will not return !

They will advertise one price and when you got to the till they will overcharge you. When you question the different price they will act like they do not understand and make a million excuses. Utterly disappointing!!
