Nicest urgent care anywhere! The staff is friendly the minute you walk in the door. Very competent and caring staff. Very clean area and rooms. I've recommended this urgent to my neighbors, friends and family members because of the very short drive.

10!!!! Never before have I been treated like a human being in an urgent care. I am going to see if I can use Mercy-Go Health as my primary care. I would like to thank you for taking pride in your profession. And taking the time to listen to, talk to and care for your patients .

Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They were courteous and pleasant. Never a long wait. Holding my place online is convenient to touch less things in the office. Things are kept very clean there which is very nice.
Doctor was great, but typical Mercy front desk was not, a little customer service trading would be a definite improvement. Recommend other facility, was recommended for rapid testing and they do not do it, total waste of time. Will not be back.
The lady in the front desk was very rude, she said her first name only briefly that sounded like Raina and was on the larger side of the scale. When I asked to see a a manger she refused to call. And when I asked for her full name she also refused. Very rude and unprofessional.
Been waiting 8 days for results when I was told it would take 3 or 4 days. Called on 09.09.2020 to request results and was told I would get a call back. Still waiting guess I'm fine because I haven't gotten a call.
