Worst experience I’ve ever had with an agency. You’re better off going to a brand name/well known Real Estate office. I wouldn’t rent with Merit if they paid half my rent!

Paul helped my wife and I find our dream apartment in the perfect place at the perfect price. We also appreciate how he took us in last minute and alleviated the headache we received earlier from looking at other apartments with another agent. Come to this place if you're in need of not "an" apartment, but "the" apartment.
